At least 15% of the population in the world has some type of disability. Unfortunately, this population has the problem of facing various accessibility barriers, to which technological barriers are also added. One of the most relevant obstacles is the one that arises as a result of the development of the technology itself when using the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Therefore, the objective of this article is to review the main uses of the Semantic Web tools and to group them together in order to be able to propose the design and construction of more personalized and flexible systems, which allows to help people with disabilities to perform some type of activity using ICT, in this way, knowledge can be modeled in different domains related to people who have some type of disability, using ontologies, and some ontological models can be reused for various types of disability depending on the case study. The usefulness of this study is to reveal that with the models presented, it is possible to construct a Meta ontology that includes some or all areas of disability.
EXPLORATORY RESEARCH. Analysis and review of fundamentals, principles, definitions and concepts around the DNA of the Lean Philosophy and Theory of Restrictions, to Develop, Innovate and Improve any Process.PROBLEM: How? Develop, Innovate and Improve Processes, applying the TPS - Toyota Production System and TOC for improvement and innovation in the management of the processes of the transformative and productive operations, in the creation and exchange of value and benefits.CONCLUSIONS:: Research exposed that the continuous improvement of all is achieved, focusing on improving the flow to increase the speed with which the system creates and delivers value, is the basis or the DNA of the TPS and TOC, for which it would be enough to identify the target value (truput) per unit of time that is creating the system, as well as what is the constraint (bottleneck or problem) that limits the capacity, to then develop innovations and improvements, which increase the trutput, applying the 4 principles followed by Ohno and the 5 steps of TOC.
EXPLORATORY RESEARCH. Review of fundamentals, principles, paradigms, which unifies criteria, definitions and concepts around Business Competitiveness, Lean Philosophy and Theory of Constraints, to expose the Conceptual, Theoretical and Methodological Framework of Reference, which leads to improve the process , competitiveness, capacity and / or power to overcome the environmental situations of the business, to evolve, develop and innovate it.PROBLEM, in business there are always competitors, however as in any contest, is a situation to surpass our self, in overcoming the situations in competition, it should not be confused with overcome the competitors, because then comes into risk of applying strategies of war, where is to make lost the enemy. When in Business everyone wins, because it is a way, process or occupation of continuous innovation, development and improvement in the creation and exchange of value where everyone benefits and wins.CONCLUSIONS: Review exposed the Reference Conceptual, Theoretical and Methodological Framework related to Business Competitiveness and Theory of Restriction. Business Competitiveness, which is the power and / or ability to develop, evolve and excel in continuously creating and exchanging value and benefits among people, generating changes in the speed with which it is performed the process. It is not about achieving more productivity, quality or advantages in relation to others and/or bedding of others, but to empower them, create synergies and overcome their own limitations and capacities, increasing the speed with which value and benefits are created, as a final exit, which are quantifiable in trueput, meta units/time.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
