The Constitutional Amendment No 66/2010, which established the unconditional right to divorce by changing the art. 226, §6º, of CF, caused a quiet revolution in family law, with many reflections in the Brazilian legal. Among the consequences of this new constitutional order, are the ones concerning the right to food. In order to investigate these reflections on the right to food, this article uses method of bibliographical study and, especially, documental study, analyzing paradigmatic decisions of the Superior Court of Justice and the Supreme Court.
