Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirik korelasi antara prasangka ujaran kebencian (hate speech) dan keyakinan pada hoaks (hoax) dengan sikap politik pemilih pemula di Kota Semarang menjelang Pemilihan Gubernur Jawa Tengah Tahun 2018. Artikel ini berangkat dari penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang, yang merupakan pemilih pemula. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa prasangka ujaran kebencian (variabel X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap politik pemilih pemula (variabel Y), sementara keyakinan pada hoax (variabel X2) berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap sikap politik pemilih pemula (variabel Y). Untuk kesimpulan tersebut, maka saran yang diajukan adalah perlunya sosialisasi pemilu yang baik dan benar dan adanya pendidikan politik yang tepat sangat berguna untuk meminimalisir hoaks dan ujaran kebencian. Dengan cara itu, maka pemilih pemula akan menjadi pemilih yang rasional dan cerdas.
Political Socialization is the process of obtaining a person's attitude and orientation towards political phenomena which are generally applicable in the community where it is located. Political socialization received individual will also affect the intention or the intention to participate in politics. Two agents in political socialization plays an important role especially for first-time voters are agents of family and peers. In the family, took parenting parents against children, and the ongoing process of peer friendship conformity.Based on the research conducted, there is simultaneously a significant relationship between democratic parenting style of parents and peer conformity to the intention pick on students in elections 2015. The democratic parenting parents positively and significantly related to the intention pick on students in election 2015, (sig. 0.008 <0.05) where more democratic parenting parents (positive), the greater the intention of selecting students in the elections of 2015. Conformity peers positively and significantly related to the intention pick on students in the elections of 2015 (sig. 0.012 <0.05), where the greater conformity peers, the greater the intention of selecting students in elections 2015.Cultural discussion and sharing is done with the parents and with peers are expected to be able to establish the mindset of students in a more rational in terms of choosing. So this will increase the intention to memlih. Not on the basis of follow - follow-up alone, but for their consciousness to be intelligent and rational voters, so that it can account for the results of his own choice.
The Government has a duty to foster job protection for Indonesian workers, and do not distinguish between male workers-male and female workers. Including to provide preventive protection. Preventive protection in this case is the provision of protection to the Labor Women (TKW) during the period prior to departure abroad. This study is a descriptive type, using explanatory case study method. Based on the research that has been done, the Central Java Provincial Government already provide preventive protection for Labor Women who will be flown out of the country, as evidenced by the PAP program and Housemaid. In this case the Central Java Provincial Government has run function planning, budgeting, organizing, and coordinating. But both programs are not integrated gender mainstreaming (PUG) in the curriculum. In the implementation of inter-agency partnerships related to preventive protection for migrant workers to be dispatched abroad, relations with the Central Java Provincial Government while the relationship is associative BLKLN Central Java Provincial Government (Manpower) with BP3TKI are parallel. In exercising coordinating, planning, budgeting, and organizing the government should adjust to the conditions and needs of the Labor Women (TKW), not merely to fulfill the functions and role of institutions only.

The Act Number 6 of 2014 cause of a great implication especially on the election of village chief. More over regarding on Ministerial Regulation Number 112 Year of 2014, article 23, which prohibit the single candidate opposing with the empty of ballot box. Thus, prohibition emerging of interesting phenomenon where is 17 couples of husband and wife being contestant on the village chief election in Demak Regency in the year of 2016. The aims of the reserch is to comprehend the husband’s reason to choose his wife as associate candidate. Do thus fact be part of practicing of women subordination? How the influence of thus phenomenon to the villlage democracy itself? The research uses qualitative-descriptive method with depth interview as instrument in collecting data. The result show that there are two main husband’s reason choose his wife as a competitor. Fisrt, by choosing his wife mean that there is no cost for compensation and no hard worry about conflict of interest in the coming day after election. Second, becoming his wife as a competitor mean that the winning opportunity is greater because patriarchy and Islamic tradition (were more joy in placing men as a leader) in Demak Regency. Then, the emerging of husband and wife as a candidate would decrease of democracy because there no rivalry as a soul of democracy. To improve of village chief election as a source of village democracy, it is best to correct the regulation which prohibit of the a single canditate by completing with require that the village chief election should be follow by at least two candidate who both of them have no relation as nuclear family.
