Cases of fraud in financial statements are rife and increasingly concerning lately. The cases that usually occur are corruption, manipulation, misappropriation of assets and always manage to become the center of attention of all groups and become one of the serious discussions. Accounting fraud is certainly very detrimental and requires real action and action to minimize the potential for fraud. The development of economic research studies shows that fraudulent practices are caused by many factors such as weak internal control, lack of integrity and other factors that result in ethical violations in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this study is to explain how the influence of internal control and the suitability of compensation on the tendency of accounting fraud. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by reviewing several articles in the form of journals within the last 10 years starting from 2012 to 2022. The results of this study reveal that internal control, compensation suitability has a significant effect on accounting fraud tendencies. This research is expected to add insight and enrich the reader's knowledge about internal control, compensation suitability, and accounting fraud.
This study aims to see how implementing the Sharia Supervisory Board and its impact on providing public trust in Islamic banks. This study uses a quantitative approach with the method of Systematic Literature Review from various journals. With the Systematic Literature Review method, the research identifies all empirical evidence, where the identification aims to answer questions such as "What is the role of the sharia supervisory board on public trust?", "Implementation of the sharia supervisory board on sharia banking?". The analysis results found that the Sharia Representative Council (DPS) has a high level of helping to attract public interest. This is because the higher the spread of DPS, the public's knowledge about banking sharia will be increasingly known. This finding shows that Sharia Supervisory Board plays an essential role in providing public confidence to be interested in being part of a sharia bank because, so far, there are known factors that attract the public in the form of external factors such as marketing factors, psychological factors, cultural factors, social factors, and social factors. Personality so that this can be used as a view for further research that the Sharia Representative Council also still plays an essential role in contributing to society.
Taxes are an important aspect of state revenue. The taxation sector contributes the most compared to sources of state revenue. One of the tax objects in Indonesia is corporate or corporate taxpayers. So far, the company has contributed to tax revenue for the State. However, there are still no companies that voluntarily pay the tax burden, because it effects company's profit rate. This encourages companies to decrease their tax fees by implementing tax avoidance. Tax avoidance itself can provide its own advantages and disadvantages for the company. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), where the authors make observations of articles published within the last 10 years (2014-2022). This study reveals that tax avoidance can provide both positive and negative benefits for companies.
