The number of COVID-19 sufferers who continue to crawl up in various countries including Indonesia illustrates how quickly the virus spreads and moves, in Indonesia itself until July 2020 the number of positive COVID-19 paisers reached 88,214 people and 4,239 people were reported dead. The COVID-19 pandemic does not only affect physical health, weakening the economy and limiting individual or group interactions are also a pandemic effect that will suppress one's mental health. Adolescent age group is the age group that has the most weight burden compared to adults and children, this is because adolescence is a transition period in which changes in anatomy, physiology, intellectual, emotional, to interaction with the social environment. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling method used in this study is total sampling about 40 people who are members of the Unnes Sex Care Community Student Activity Unit Semarang State University in the 2019-2020 period. In the last 30 days as many as 63.6% of the total respondents indicated experiencing mental health problems, 59% felt tense, anxious or 50% found it difficult to sleep, 50% found it difficult to think clearly, 50% felt tired all the time and 9% of the total respondents have thoughts to end their lives.
Background and Objectives: The current whistleblowing system has not been proven to help limit unethical behavior in organizations. This study examines the influence of the whistleblowing system in the Ministry of Health's civil servants on organizational commitment, organizational culture, whistleblower protection, professional attitudes, internal reporting, external reporting, anonymity, and use of hotlines. Methodology: This research was conducted at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Sampling was carried out using probability sampling techniques with proportional random sampling. The sample population consisted of 98 people at the Directorate General of Health Development, Human Resources Development and Empowerment of the Ministry of Health, the Directorate General of Disease Control and Prevention, and the Directorate General of Pharmacy and Health. Data analysis was performed using chi-square and logistic regression. Results: The results obtained indicate that the intentions of State Civil Servants within the Ministry of Health are related to their perceptions of professionalism and internal reporting. Conclusion: The employees' perceptions of external and anonymous reporting are not related to the purpose of the whistleblowing system for employees of the Ministry of Health's State Civil Apparatus. Suggestion: It is recommended that the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Health move the reporting mechanism into the Ministry of Health Whistleblowing System application for easy access so that the Inspectorate General establishes standard operating procedures on legal protection and clarification for whistleblowers.
Problems that occur in Puskesmas services are often related to waiting times to provide services to patients who are still long. To deal with this, the Semarang City Health Office made a policy for Puskesmas Tanpa Antrian Kota Semarang (PUSTAKA). One of the PUSTAKA implementations is at the Rowosari Health Center, in recent years it has decreased in 2020 and has increased in 2022. The purpose of the study was to determine the influencing factors based on the Technology Acceptance Mode (TAM) model on the acceptance of the PUSTAKA application to Rowosari Health Center visitors. Quantitative research using a cross sectional design. The sample came from 145 visitors to the Rowosari Health Center, processing data with Univariate, Bivariate and Multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression tests. The results show the relationship between perceived ease of use p = 0.000 with OR = 7.056, perceived usefulness p = 0.000 with OR = 5.749, Attitude Toward Using p = 0.002 with OR = 3.630, Behavioral Intention to Use p = 0.023 with OR = 2,429 towards the use of the PUSTAKA application for visitors to the Rowosari Health Center. Acceptance of literature at the Rowosari Health Center has a significant relationship with perceptions of convenience, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Behavioral Intention to Use and Attitude Toward Using in the Technology Acceptance Mode (TAM) Model. Sampel berasal dari 145 Penunjung Puskesmas Rowosari, pengolahan data dengan analisis Univariat, Bivariat dan Multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik berganda Hasil menunjukan hubungan antara persepsi kemudahan p= 0,000 dengan OR= 7,056, persepsi kebermanfaatan p= 0,000 dengan OR= 5,749, sikap pengguna p= 0,002 dengan OR= 3,630, persepsi minat p= 0,023 dengan OR= 2,429) terhadap penggunaan aplikasi PUSTAKA pada pengunjung Puskesmas Rowosari. Penerimaan PUSTAKA di Puskesmas Rowosari memiliki hubungan yang signifikansi terhadap persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kemanfaatan, sikap pengguna dan persepsi minat dalam Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Pelayanan Puskesmas dituntut untuk menerapkan layanan elektronik dengan seiringnya kemajuan teknologi. Aplikasi PUSTAKA diluncurkan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang sejak tahun 2018 sebagai salah satu upaya dalam pencegahan antrian pelayana sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu mengantri lama untuk mendapatkan layanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Kota Semarang. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang Tahun 2018-2020, hasil rekap jumlah pengguna sistem PUSTAKA di seluruh puskesmas pada Tahun 2018 yaitu sebanyak 8.558 pengguna, pada Tahun 2019 penggunaan sistem PUSTAKA mengalami kenaikan dengan jumlah pengguna sebanyak 59.500 pengguna, namun pada Tahun 2020 jumlah pengguna PUSTAKA kembali mengalami penurunan dengan jumlah pengguna sebanyak 50.597 pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk melihat gambaran pelaksanaan PUSTAKA di Puskesmas Rowosari Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Rowosari Semarang dengan 145 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling. Variabel penelitian persepsi kemanfaatan (Perceived Usefulness), persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (Perceived Ease of Use), minat perilaku menggunakan (Behavioral Intention to Use), dan sikap pengguna (Attitude Toward Using). Hasil penelitian bahwa minat masyarakat sangat tinggi dalam penggunaan aplikasi PUSTAKA di Puskesmas Rowosari dengan fitur dan menu yang mudah dipahami. Akan tetapi harus terus dilakukan pengembangan dalam penggunaan aplikasi PUSTAKA.
Puskesmas menjadi ujung tombak dalam upaya mengurangi mobilitas penyebaran Covid-19. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada pelayanan rawat jalan di Puskesmas terkait dengan waktu tunggu yang lama untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang dibutuhkan. Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan membuat PUSTAKA (Puskesmas Tanpa Tanya Di Kota Semarang). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sebaran penerimaan pengunjung Puskesmas Terakreditasi Paripurna (Gayamsari dan Halmahera) dalam pemanfaatan PUSTAKA di kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2021 sampai Januari 2022 di Puskesmas Gayamsari dan Puskesmas Halmahera Kota Semarang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 125 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan Analisis Univariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pasien memiliki harapan kinerja tinggi sebanyak 70 responden (56%), harapan usaha rendah sebanyak 63 responden (50,4%), pengaruh sosial rendah sebanyak 66 responden ( 52,8%, kondisi fasilitasi tinggi sebanyak 64 responden (51,2%), motivasi hedonis tinggi sebanyak 70 responden (56%), dan kebiasaan tinggi sebanyak 72 responden (57,6%).
