This paper gives some mathematical models of RMS voltage, current and power for data acquisition and analysis in electric vehicle's drive-motor test, emphasizing the necessity to acquire the voltage and current value synchronously. Taking an alternating-current for example, this paper analyzes the errors brought by asynchronous acquisition. Based on an original laboratory motor test bed, a data acquisition system is designed by using LabView program. Appropriate hardware and software modules, with reasonable and complete data acquisition circuits are designed to fulfill the synchronous acquisition of voltage and current during the test process. This method can improve the accuracy of the data acquisition system and the reliability of test results.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
