This paper taking Mudanjiang in HeilongjiangProvince as the study region, the remote sensing data and topographic map data in forth years as a basis for data, the vulnerability model was evaluated based on the sensitivity, exposure and adaption ability, relevant parameters of model was acquired by GIS and RS technology and mathematic model, and the vulnerability of ecological environment was in a comprehensive and detailed analysis and elaboration. Two types of sensitive ecological environment have significantly increased, which has the intimate relationship with the disturbances of human activities and climate change; third, the ecological environment has the trend of gradually changing from obvious vulnerability to recessive vulnerability in the effect of the sensitivity, exposure and adaption ability. This trend shows that the vulnerability of farming-forest ecotone could make the steady ecosystem departure balance due to the disturbance of human activities, worsening ecological environment.
