The purpose of the study is to examine the issues of assessing the anthropogenic impact on the ecosystem and sustainable development of a region using the example of Kuzbass. The subject of the study is to substantiate the need to improve the measurements of sustainable development of the regional economy from the point of view of calculating the “ecological and carbon footprints” of Kuzbass, identifying the effect of decoupling the negative impact on the environment and resource consumption in the process of economic activity of coal mining enterprises. The following tasks are solved: 1. The role of the environmental factor in ensuring sustainability of the resource-producing region development is shown. 2. The possibilities of using the “ecological footprint” and the “carbon footprint” as indicators of sustainable development of Kuzbass are discovered. 3. The role of mining enterprises in the formation of the “carbon footprint” in Kuzbass was revealed. 4. The calculation was carried out and the effect of decoupling in the coal mining of Kuzbass in 2013-2017 was revealed. 5. The necessity of including the indicators of “ecological footprint”, “carbon footprint” and the effect of decoupling in the coal mining in the system for assessing sustainable development of the mining region in accordance with the UN sustainable development goals (hereinafter - the UN SDGs) is justified. 5. It is argued that it is necessary to expand voluntary greening of enterprises in the coal mining of Kuzbass. Research methods are elements of system and integrated approaches, comparative analysis methods.
-The possibility of using the Russian complex SCADA-systems in the coal industry due to the urgency of imports substitution in Russian economy has been studied. The structure, properties and advantages of domestic SCADAsystems, which are more competitive in the market of information technologies compared to foreign analogues are described. The relationships between the technical characteristics of domestic SCADA-systems available at the market of production automation in Russia are identified, and the trends of their anticipated development defined. On the basis of statistical data, a comparative analysis of Russian SCADA-systems used in the coal industry of Russia and Ukraine was carried out. A small number of publications on experience of using SCADA-systems explains relevance of the topic. The article gives examples of using domestic SCADAsystems, giving an idea of the positive economic and social impact obtained due to the implementation of the above projects. The authors studies demonstrated the successful use of Russian SCADA-systems in production automation and in addressing existing technical problems in the coal industry.
The issues related to the formation of the digital ecosystem in the coal-mining region within the framework of the world project “industry 4.0” are investigated. It is proved that the prospects for the development of the coal-mining region are associated with its export orientation and diversification of the economy, its complication. Technological momentum based on the use of digitization and cyber-physical systems will lead to a significant reduction in the cost of time for the implementation of manufacturing operations, which enhances the market potential of manufactured production, its competitiveness by reducing production costs, the energy costs of its manufacture and, accordingly, offered prices. The most active processes are the formation of the digital ecosystem and the use of the “Internet of Things” in the mining industry, which indicates a new stage of restructuring in this industry. Russia has accumulated “positive” experience related to the implementation of projects “smart mine” and “intellectual open-cast mine” in Kuzbass mines and coal cuts. The increasing complexity of the regional ecosystem through digitalization and automation of production will contribute to the growth of competitive advantages and competitiveness of Kuzbass coal-mining enterprises.
Abstract. The article deals with the issues related to the introduction of "smart service" as an innovative system of equipment service in the business system and "Life-Cycle Management" (LCM) by mining equipment manufacturers. Based on the analysis of the competitive environment an overview description of the competitive environment in the field of equipment sales for surface and underground mining as well as for maintenance and repair of mining machinery for surface mining is presented. The article describes the results of the survey of top managers from company-clients of the company "Joy Global" to identify the demand characteristics of mining companies in using the "Life-Cycle Management" program ranking them in order of priority. To justify the viability of the corporate service package taking into account the individual needs of mining companies within the system "smart service" the contingency of service package and their demand by mining enterprises is used.
Abstract. The article deals with issues related to the development of innovative projects by engineering companies and effective marketing policy as a factor of increasing their competitiveness in the mining equipment market. The paper presents the results of the development of innovative technology in the segment of extensible belt conveyors. The necessity of marketing the innovative project is proved by the example of the development of technology for the production of the motor-drum of a belt conveyor with an adjustable drive on continuous current magnets by the engineering company "Transport-Electroprivod" (LLC). The authors consider the effective marketing strategy of an engineering company as an attractor of increasing demand for innovation and competitiveness in the mining equipment market. The methods of marketing promotion and promotion of innovations are considered within the framework of the ecosystem concept of J. Moore.
