The article analyzes the properties changes of non-autoclave foam on a protein foaming agent with the introduction of dispersed wollastonite and diopside. A decrease in the density of foam concrete (to the grade D300, D400), frost resistance of the material, as well as shrinkage deformations was noted. The optimal technological parameters have been determined, allowing to obtain more stable properties and structure of heat-insulating cement-ash non-autoclave foam concrete. The flow chart of the production of foam concrete of natural hardening in the separate preparation of foam and mortar is presented. The studies were performed at NSTU and NGASU (Novosibirsk) and the NII (Norilsk).
The interaction of minerals of the Portland cement (alit, belit, alyumoferrite) was studied with a limy-sulfur tempere. Higher SiO2 content in a liquid phase was established at hydration as well as hydration process acceleration. The strength of cement materials could be increased by 20-40% at application of such tempere with sulfur concentration of 180 g/l.
The paper describes the results of studying the creep of wood-polymer composites under load. The results of long-term testing wood composites based on thermoplastic and thermoset polymers are given. It has been established that empirical dependencies in the form of elementary functions are suitable to describe the composite deformation. The parameters of these functions are experimentally determined.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
