Abstract.The article presents the analysis of different approaches to the definition of "juvenile technologies", presented both in scientific publications and in the activities of institutions engaged in the work with minors, including those who have found themselves in difficult situations and/or in conflict with the law. The analysis of the organization of interdepartmental cooperation between governmental bodies of Omsk Region and social institutions, as well as educational organizations on the implementation of juvenile technologies in Omsk region has been conducted. The study allowed posing the problem of inconsistencies in the understanding of juvenile technologies, which does not allow establishing an effective juvenile system. The authors propose an alternative vision of the concepts. It is proposed to increase the efficiency of the use of juvenile technologies at the expense of the organization of continuous monitoring of the implementation of juvenile technologies in the region, where pedagogical, psychological, legal, financial evaluation criteria would be presented.
Inventory management at an enterprise is the essential logistics function. Reducing inventory maintenance costs and optimizing the range of goods while focusing on consumer demand analy-sis are inextricably linked to inventory management methods. This article describes the differentiated inventory management model of the ABC-XYZ classification matrix in relation to the inven-tory of Karandash LLC commercial enterprise (Tomsk). Inventory management is a highly relevant issue, since the company has several branches, cooperates with many suppliers, and its range of office supplies includes more than 30 000 items. The ABC-XYZanalysis of the inventory of this commercial enterprise allowed us to determine strategies for optimizing inventory and to identify the groups that should be removed from the range, and, vice versa, should be available in stock due to constant demand.
Nowadays, the solution of the problem of training mining engineers in the environment of innovation development is rather complicated and multifaceted. It involves determining the essence and content of the engineer’s professional activity; the need to study the specifics of the training of a mining engineer; the requirements for training mining engineers in innovative development. It is also connected with evaluation of students’ readiness level in the specialty 21.05.04 «Mining», identifying ways to increase the level of readiness of mining engineers for professional activity. The factors influencing the results of the training of mining engineers are identified here, as well as foreign experience in the education and training of mining engineers. Besides, noncompensatory model of assessment of readiness of mining engineers for professional activity by method of threshold aggregation with example of building rating on the basis of this model is being developed.
The paper represents novelty and features of the authors’ understanding of relationship marketing. It is scientific and practically new paradigm in science. The paper outlines the purpose of relationship marketing – to build, maintain and develop privileged relationships with the company’s stakeholders in order to obtain mutual benefits and help to society. The authors focus on definition of personal sales and personal sales’ target. The paper describes behavioral indicators characterizing demonstration of competences included in the “Influencing” cluster and proposes stages of assessment of the competence development level of personal agents. The paper reveals the authors’ questionnaire to assess the competence development level of personal agents. The authors propose three formulas for assessment of the individual competence development level.
