Considerable attention is paid to the development of the concept of artificial intelligence in foreign and Russian doctrine. The authors examine the genesis of the legal regulation of artificial intelligence in Russia, note the influence of European practice on the formation and development of the legislation of the Russian Federation on artificial intelligence.
