This study aims to determine the relationship between responsiveness to public services at the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bone Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis technique using cross tabulation. The results showed that the responsiveness of employees at the office of the population and civil registration office in Bone Regency had a good level of achievement with indicators namely the ability to respond to the public, speed of serving, accuracy of serving, accuracy of serving time, and ability to respond to complaints. Public services provided by employees to the community are in the effective category with variable indicators namely service efficiency, teamwork spirit, work group loyalty, service procedures, and facilities and infrastructure. Data analysis shows that responsiveness has a relationship with the effectiveness of public services at the office of the population and civil registration office in Bone Regency. It indicates that the better the responsiveness of employees, the more effective the public services provided. Therefore, good employee responsiveness needs to be maintained and increased to provide effective public services.
Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberi jasa pelatihan jasa pelatihan bagi pengguna media sosial terutama para pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Malakaji Kabupaten Gowa di dalam mengembangkan usaha bisnisnya sehingga sangat penting mendapatkan bekal pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang dapat memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana penunjang kegiatan bisnis. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu metode ceramah dengan teknik persentasi materi, demontrasi dan tanya jawab. Oleh sebab itu pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, diperoleh wawasan bahwa sesungguhnya para pelaku UMKM tertarik untuk menggunakan digital marketing dan memanfaatkan media sosial secara optimal, namun mereka menghadapi beberapa kendala. Kendala yang dihadapi contohnya adalah kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pentingnya digital marketing, kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta cara-cara penggunaan dan pemanfaatan media sosial yang baik, tidak sabar ingin segera mendapat hasil, serta kurangnya pemahaman untuk menciptakan “postingan” yang menarik.

And to find out the effectiveness of implementing employee performance improvement strategies at Arung Palakka Bone Airport. the type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. because the author wants to describe and analyze employee performance improvement strategies at Arung Palakka Bone Airport. This research was conducted at the Arung Palakka Airport Office, Bone District, Awangpone District, Bone District, Airport Road, Mappalo Ulaweng Village. Employee performance improvement strategies are important actions for companies or organizations in an effort to increase productivity, efficiency and quality of work. However, the effectiveness of implementing this strategy depends on various factors, such as the availability of resources, employee involvement, effective leadership, organizational culture , and employee competence. Therefore, Arung Palakka Bone Airport must ensure that employee performance improvement strategies are implemented consistently and evenly for all employees, and ensure that any obstacles that may arise can be properly addressed. Thus, the effectiveness of implementing employee performance improvement strategies is a very important factor for the success of a company or organization, and must be considered carefully so that the goals set can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Research can be used as a reference in determining employee performance improvement strategies in government agencies in general.
