Cyclisches Adenosinmonophosphat (AMPc) (I) reagiert als Triethylammoniumsalz mit Pivalinsäure‐anhydrid zum Ester‐amid (II), das, mit Butanol/Wasser an Kieselgel chromatographiert, bei 40°C zum Ester (III) verseift werden kann.

Die Darstellung der Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) wird beschrieben und die pharmakologische Aktivität speziell von Exaprolol (R1= Cyclohexyl, R2=H) geprüft.
