Abstract, The aims of this study is to investigate the correlations among the self-confidence, emotional maturity and the democratic-parenting with the youth delinquency. The subjects of this study were 46 students of class X of SMK Muhammadiyah,Malang. Based on the correlation and the regression analysis were obtained there were no correlation among the emotional maturity variable and the democratic parenting with the youth delinquency. Expectionally the self-confidence, there was significant and negative correlation with youth delinquency. The more self confidence, the less youth delinquency. Leadership is a person�s ability to convince and motivate others to do something that are related to the common goals. The leadership involved the process of convincing in determining the goal of organization, motivating the attitude of the participator to reach the goal, convincing to improve their group and culture. Leadership is a formal position, that ask to get facilities and services from the constituents that should be served. Although among the leaders that when they are inaugurated said that the position is a trust, but in fact, there is very little or it can be said almost no leader that truly implementing the leadership from their heart, that is a serving leader. Even that needs to be a note here is how a leader must have a vision in building an independent soul, views, thoughts, attitudes and behaviors of all of the people at one the leader in order to be oriented to the progress and modern, so Indonesia become a big nation and be able to have competition with the other nations in the world. A truly leader always worked hard to improve himself before the leader busy to improve the others. The leader is not only a title or position that given from the outside but something that it grows and evolves from the inside of the person.
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF GROUP COUNSELING SERVICES USING PROBLEM SOLVING TECHNIQUES IN REDUCING STUDENTSTRUANT BEHAVIOR. Various problems faced by the student counselor at school. One of the problem is truant during the school hours. Truant behavior of the student with a wide variety of reasons as a form of defending himself in order not to get a penalty. This research was conducted in order to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services to problem solving techniques in reducing truant behavior among students of class X SMAN 2 Palangkaraya. This type of research is the approach of the Pre-Experiment without any form of class control with One-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects were students of class XI in High School Mathematics 2 Palangkaraya of 8 people identified as having truant. Research data collection using a scale. Data analysis using Paired Samples T Test with rocky SPSS software version 20.00. The results showed that the group counseling services to problem solving technique was effective in reducing the truant behavior of students at SMA Negeri 2 Palangkaraya.
The purpose of this study to find out the development of content mastery services with educational cinema techniques can reduce the behaviour of academic procrastination of class VIII-B students at the Mts Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. The trial of the development of content mastery services with educational cinema techniques was obtained from the results of the Wilcoxon test statistic which showed a posttest value lower than the pretest value. The results of the statistical analysis of differences in academic procrastination behaviour after the pretest and posttest five that the Asyimp value. Sig. (2-tailed) Is 0.00. Because of Asyimp. Sig. <real level (a / 2 = 0.05) then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. The model of content mastery services with effective educational cinema techniques can reduce students' academic procrastination behaviour. This conclusion is based on the comparison of the results of the pretest and posttest scores which showed a decrease in the students' academic procrastination behaviour before and after being given content mastery services with educational cinema techniques.
