RESUME. L'aide a Ia decision dans le processus de reponse a un appel d'offre, pour des produits de haute technologie uniques ou de petite serie, doit integrer les nouvelles methodes industrielles que sont le management par projet et Ia conception de produit orientee cycle de vie. Dans ce cadre, les outils de traitement de /'information ne peuvent se homer a une reponse a Ia seule situation de decision. Le projet DECIDE (DECision support for optimal biDding in a competitive business Environment-ESPRIT n° 22298) propose une mithodologie et un outil d'aide a Ia decision pour definir Ia solution technique et le prix d'un produit pendant le processus de reponse a appel d'offre. ll s 'appuie sur un modele du Systeme d'lnformation qui permet Ia capitalisation de connaissances technico-economiques et le travail cooperatifpour !'elaboration de l'offre technique et /'evaluation de son cout. Ce modele a pour finalite plus large le management du Systeme d'lnformation adapte au management par projet eta Ia conception de produit orientee cycle de vie. ABSTRACT. Decision support for bidding processes concerning complex and innovative products manufactured on a small scale, must face project management enterprise organisation and life-cycle oriented design, which are the main organisational approaches in manufacturing and design. The DECIDE project (DECision support for optimal biDding in a competitive business Environment -ESPRIT n° 22298) aims a methodology and a related decision support system to define the technical solution and the price of a product during the bidding process. To face project management organisation and life-cycle design, it requires Information System management procedures. A model for Information System management is proposed which concurs more largely to business process reengineering as its objectives and applications are multiple : enterprise integration media, internal information source organisation for strategic decision support system, co-operative work support and knowledge capitalisation over all the product life-cycle.
