Kondensation von Benzalacetophenon (II) mit Thioharnstoff ergibt 5,6‐Dihydro‐4,6‐diphenyl‐2(IH)‐pyrimidinthion (I).

Durch Kondensation von Anthranilsäure (I) mit den ungesättigten Carbonsäurechloriden (II) werden in 60‐65%iger Ausbeute die 4H‐3,1‐Benzoxazin‐ 4‐one (III) erhalten, die durch Erhitzen mit primären aromatischen Aminen (IV) in Gegenwart von ZnCl2 (170‐180°C) die Chinazolone (V) ergeben.

1, 4‐Dihydropyridine derivatives have been obtained by MICHAEL condensation with cinnamylidene anilines 1 or N‐p‐tolyl‐chalcone imine 5. With ethyl acetoacetate 1 and 5 yield 1‐aryl‐2‐methyl‐3‐ethoxycarbonyl‐4‐phenyl‐1, 4‐dihydropyridines 2 and 6, with diethyl malonate 1‐aryl‐3‐ethoxycarbonyl‐2‐oxo‐4‐phenyl‐1, 2, 3, 4‐tetrahydropyridines 7 and 8, and with acetyl acetone 1‐aryl‐2‐methyl‐3‐acetyl‐4‐phenyl‐1, 4‐dihydropyridines 9 and 10.

Aus den Chalkonen (I) erhält man mit Acetylaceton (II) über die Addukte (III) die 6‐Acetyl‐cyclohexenone (IVa)‐(IVc).
