ABSTRAK I. PENDAHULUANALAH satu teknologi yang tingkat perkembangannya sangat pesat yaitu komputer. Hampir semua aspek kehidupan manusia sangat bergantung dengan teknologi komputer. Dengan kemajuan teknologi, hampir semua konten, proses kerja dan interaksi fisik dapat dilakukan melalui proses digital. Salah satu produk dari teknologi komputer yang berkembang dan perubahannya cukup pesat adalah game. Secara umum tujuan dibuatnya game adalah sebagai sarana hiburan dan untuk memberikan kesenangan bagi penggunanya. Hal tersebut merupakan salah satu faktor yang mendorong tingkat perkembangan industri game. Dalam pembuatan game, pasti memerlukan suatu perancangan yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembuat. Salah satu contoh elemen yang penting ialah adanya tantangan yang seimbang sesuai level [9]. Dalam hal ini, adanya kecerdasan buatan atau AI (Artificial intelligence) merupakan salah satu unsur yang diperlukan dalam pembentukan game. Melihat potensi dari digital game yang cukup tinggi, banyak game yang dibuat sebagai perlombaan untuk kalangan pecinta game. Salah satu jeni game yang sering digunakan dalam pertandingan adalah game berjenis pertarungan atau fighting game [9].Game pertarungan adalah bentuk game yang memiliki unsur hiburan dan tantangan. Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota XYZ mempunyai tugas pokok yaitu melakukan penyusunan dan melaksanakan urusan pemerintahan yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan hidup, salah satu program kerja dari DLH Kota XYZ adalah penerbitan Nilai Pajak Air Tanah (NPA). Proses penerbitan NPA masih kurang efektif karena masih sering terlambat dan mempersulit pihak yang ingin membayar pajak air tanah. Selain itu, tidak ada transparasi mengenai biaya pajak yang harus dibayarkan membuat beberapa oknum dapat mempermainkan harga tersebut. Oleh karena itu, DLH Kota XYZ membutuhkan sistem informasi NPA. Pengembangan sistem informasi NPA menggunakan metode Agile Software Development dengan menggunakan model Scrum. Proses pembuatan sistem informasi NPA melalui tahapan kick off meeting untuk menentukan product backlog dan masa sprint. Sprint planning untuk menentukan fitur yang akan dikerjakan selama masa sprint. Daily scrum merupakan masa pengerjaan sistem informasi NPA. Sprint review untuk melakukan validasi terkait pekerjaan yang dilakukan development team. Sprint retrospective tahapan development team untuk memperbaiki diri agar sprint selanjutnya berjalan dengan lancar. Sistem informasi NPA berhasil dibuat dengan menggunakan metode scrum dengan 21 item pada product backlog. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi sistem informasi NPA memiliki skala tingkat keberhasilan Berhasil (B) dengan persentase 87% responden menjawab setuju dan sangat setuju. Sistem informasi NPA yang telah dikembangkan dapat mempermudah seluruh pihak (staf DLH, staf BPPDRD, pihak pembayar pajak air tanah) untuk mengurus pajak air tanah karena sistem informasi dapat diakses di mana saja selama terhubung ke internet. Dengan adanya sistem informasi NPA ini diharapkan dapat membuat transparansi pada harga pajak air tanah. Kata kunci: Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Nilai Pajak Air Tanah, Sistem Informasi, Scrum,Sprint.
An organization is a group of people who have a common goal, where everyone has the same goals so that they are combined and are expected to achieve goals together. The organization itself has a membership structure that functions to divide the tasks of each individual and each organization has a leader who functions to regulate the running of the organization. At XYZ University, there are various organizations that all students can participate in. The head of the organization is chosen from the election activities held every year to continue the baton of management. There are several obstacles experienced when conducting election activities, namely, election activities are carried out offline, due to pandemic conditions so that election activities cannot be carried out, there are many invalid ballots, and also the vote-counting process which takes quite a long time. In addition to obstacles during the election, election activities also cost quite a lot to print ballots and so on to launch elections. Therefore, this research was conducted by building an e-voting information system. The e-voting system itself has several advantages compared to elections conducted offline. It is hoped that the e-voting system can reduce errors made in offline elections. The system development uses the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method using the Laravel framework. It is hoped that the system built can assist the voting process in election activities at the XYZ University.
A database can consist of numerical and non-numerical attributes. However, several data processing algorithms, such as K-means clustering, can be used only in a dataset with numerical attributes. Data generalization by using Naïve Bayes and K-means clustering methods is usually employed WEKA (Waikato environment for knowledge analysis) application. Although the strength of WEKA lies in increasingly complete and sophisticated algorithms, the success of data mining still lies in the knowledge factor of the human implementer. The task of collecting high-quality data and knowledge of modeling and the use of appropriate algorithms is needed to guarantee the accuracy of the expected formulations. In this paper, we propose a simple web-based application that can be used like WEKA. The methodology used in this study includes several stages. The first stage is the preparation of data, which is the tic-tac-toe game dataset that is converted to CSV (comma-separated values) format. The next stage is the process of modifying data from non-numeric to numeric, specifically for clustering with the K-means algorithm. Afterward, the calculation of the distance between data is conducted and followed by data clustering. The final stage is the summary of these processes and results. From the experimental results, it was found that clustering can be done on categorical attributes that are transformed first into the numerical form using web-based applications.
