The article discusses the problems of providing energy supply to consumers in remote regions of Russia, including in the Arctic zone. The necessity of introducing and developing the best available technologies for autonomous energy supply to consumers in the decentralized electricity supply zone, which should be based on the combined use of technologies and reducing cross-subsidization for the long term in the framework of the implementation of a unified state energy policy, is proved. Differentiation of power supply systems of consumers was carried out, according to the results of which it is advisable to pay special attention to the location of the source of electric energy generation. The paper suggests that in the conditions of the Arctic zone it should be as close as possible to the center of energy consumption and the possibility of combined generation of electric and thermal energy.
The article discusses the issues of state support for the technological re-equipment of local energy facilities in the Far East and the Arctic. A study of the current system of state management of the industry in the macro-region was carried out, significant shortcomings were identified, possible ways to improve the management model were analyzed and proposals were formulated for further implementation.
The article discusses the problems of providing consumers of electric energy in the decentralized energy supply zone by the example of economically developed countries with territories at the level of the Arctic Circle. An increase in the share of renewable energy sources in the energy balance of many fears as the main direction of regional energy development is shown. The energy policy of most Scandinavian states has a pronounced focus towards the maximum use of renewable energy sources along with the implementation of measures to save energy and increase energy efficiency. The provision on the priority use in the countries of the Arctic region of locally available energy sources, which include all types of renewable sources, as well as local hydrocarbons, is justified in order to ensure independence from external fuel supplies.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
