High onion yield of hybrid Dutch variety “Manas F1” is possible by using drop watering method in combination with additional helio-based ridge profile using the RGD-1,2 ridger with special land levelers and torn down diggers. Property that define this method is the ridge slicing from west to east at a downgrade 8.5 ° of the response surface to the horizon. As a result, the ridge grade turns to the sun throughout the day light hours. This technology provides accelerated ridge heating in the spring period, improves the microclimate and protects sprouts and young onion from prevailing winds. The differentiated pre-irrigation soil moisture threshold on 80-70 % HB in a layer of 0.3 m from seeding to formation of the 5th leaf, followed by an increase in the calculated layer to 0.5 m and the available soil technology, allowed to obtain onion yield at the level of 110,6 t/ha.
