Several experimental groups have recently obtained the so called vortex electrons (electrons with orbital angular momentum (OAM) of ℓ ≤ 100h) with energies of ∼ 300 keV. The gyromagnetic ratio of such electrons becomes proportional to the OAM value, which leads to the corresponding increase of the electron magnetic moment. In this paper we investigate the transition radiation from the "charge + magnetic moment" system using the theory of classical electrodynamics. The circular polarization of optical transition radiation amounts up to ∼ 70%, which allows to use this effect for the independent measurement of the electron orbital momentum value.
The article examines the relationship between economic development and social components of human well-being. The definitions of basic concepts that describe the position of the person in the economic environment are given. The authors examine the different components of well-being, both objective and subjective, based on the personal perception of a person. Economic growth on the one hand and social policy on the other should contribute to improving the living standards of the population. A man should feel comfortable and safe in the economic environment not only due to the social support of the state. It is very important to have a sense of self-realization for a man, self-worth, which he can attain with close people in a family.
An approach to the formation of a control system for the combined synthesis while using mathematical reduced order model is observed. The algorithm of aggregation is given that allow to restore the original state system to the condition of the aggregate system optimally in the sense of quadratic meaning. Synthesis of control actions carried out on the evaluation of aggregate model based on the minimization of a quadratic criterion.
Key words-algorithm of aggregation, control with reduced order model, the quadratic criterion
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
