The exoelectron emission from AD TG SP crystals has been investigated under pyroelectric effect con ditions. It has been established that in doped crystals there is observed a reproducible emission effect. An equation for the depolarizing field determining the exoemission current has been derived. It is shown that in crystals with fixed domain structure near the Curie point the emission kinetics is limited by the temperature behaviour of the ratio y /z (where 7 is the pyroelectric coefficient, e is the dielectric constant).
The influence of pH of solution on growth rates of the faces (001), (010). (100) arid habit of TGS and TGSe single crystals was studied. The pH-values were determined when growth of TGS and TGSe crystals was ceased. At p H < 1 diglycine sulphate (DGS) and at, pH < 2 diglycine selenate (DGSe) crystals are growing. The permittivity and resistivity of DGS and DGSe were measured. The resistivity of DGSe is an order of magnitude less than of TGSe for the same temperature. The possible mechanism of change of crystal morfology vs pH, supersaturation of solution and growth temperature is proposed.Der EinfluB des pH-Wertes der Losung auf die Wachstumsgcschwindigkeit von (001). (OIO), (1001, urid den Habit,us von TGSurid TCSc-Einkristallen wurde untersucht. Die pH-Werte wurden nach Beendigung des Wachstums der Kristalle bestimmt. Hci p H < 1 wtichst das Diglyzinsulfat, bei pH < 2 das Selenat. Dielektrizitiitskonstaiite imd spez.Widerstand sind bestimmt worden, wobei der Widerstand des DGSc um eirie GroBenordnung niedriger liegt als der des TGSe bei gleicher Trmperatur. The paper deals with the influence of Triglycine Fluoberyllate (TGFB) monocrystals growing conditions upon the dielectric permeability E and dielectric loss angle tangent t g S in weak and strong electric fields. A temperature hysteresis of the dielectric permeability is to be observed. The Curie-temperature, the Curie-Weiss constant, the tangent of inclination angle of 11. function depending upon the temperature in ferroelectric and paraelectric regions and the values characterizing the nonlinearity of TGFB monocrystals were determined proceeding from the conditions of growing.Der EinfluB der Ziichtungsbedingungen fiir Triglycinfluoberyllat (TGFB)-Einkristallen auf die Dielektrizithtskonstante E und den dielektrischen Verlustfaktor tan 6 in schwachen und starken elektrischen Feldern wurde untersucht. Die CurieTemperatur, die Curie-WeiB-Konstante, der Tangens des Neigungswinkels der 1 /~-Funktion in Abhiingigkeit von der Temperatur im ferroelektrischen wie im paraelektrischen Gebiet sowie die Werte, die die Nichtlinearitiit von TGFB-Kristallen ausdriicken, wurden bestimmt, jeweils bezogen auf die Ziichtungsbedingungen.
The irifluerice of growth temperature arid supersaturation of solution on domain structure and dielect,ric properties of TGS arid DTGS single crystals was investigated. The qualitative arid quantitative analysis of domain structures was carried out. The optimal growth conditions were found. It proves to be useful to arrange the measured values in table where lines correspond t o growth temperatures and columns -to supersaturations for investigation of optimal growth conditions. The diagonal of extremal values exists in this table. The critical behaviour of TGS and isomorphous DTGS, TGSe and DTGSe single crystals grown at various conditions was investigated. The growth dependences for E in heating and cooling regimes and shift AT of the temperature of maximal permittivity were found.
