This research was designed to (1) calculate land productivity; (2) to analyze effect of the land area, labor, seeds and fertilizers on the income of rice farmers; (3) find out the most dominant factors affecting the income of rice farmers. This research took the case study area in Babirik Sub-district, HSU disctrict. The data source is primary, obtained via questionnaires will be analyzed with multiple regression linier which will be tested through the f-test and the t-test. This research found that land productivity was up to standard. Then simultaneously land area, labor, seeds and fertilizers had an significant effect. Land area is the most dominant factor affecting the income of rice farmers.
This study aims to determine which factors have the most dominant influence on HDI disparities. The analysis used is the two independent sample difference test, namely to determine the condition of the HDI disparity between Banjarmasin City and Banjarbaru City and also uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of economic growth, employment opportunities, and poverty on HDI disparity and also to determine the most significant factors. dominantly affects the HDI disparity..Based on the research results, it shows that the HDI of the cities of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru has always increased every year, thus human development in the cities of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru is quite good, which means that in general the quality of education and health services is getting better. However, based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, only the poverty variable has a significant effect, while economic growth and job opportunities from both the city of Banjarmasin and the city of Banjarbaru do not have a significant effect on HDI, this happens because the purchasing power index of the city is insufficient, causing inequality. and also in large employment opportunities are more filled by outsiders or migrants, so that the job opportunities available do not affect job opportunities in the city.

Solve thisproblem, in this research is to minimize the loss of substantial energy, utilizing the heat fromthe solar collector. Heat is supplied to the bottom of the heat absorber and heat exchanger.Research methods is experiment. In this research is examine both the prototype, that is basinsolar still with solar collector and basin solar still without solar collector. The measuredparameter is temperature button section heat absorber, outside heat absorber, buttonsection of glass cover, condensate water, environment, solar collector, heat exchanger andsoar radiation.In this result temperature average at button section heat absorber is 47,03oC for prototypewith solar collector and without solar collector is 45,25oC. Solar radiation average is 304,11W/m2. Efficiency both prototype is 29,45% with solar collector and 19,86% without solarcollector. By comparing efficiency two prototype is concluded that the Solar Collector aspreheater water and additional heating of water under heat absorber 67.45% better than thatwithout using Solar Collector.

Diharapkan dengan adanya sosialisasi ini, masyarakata dapat menstransfortasi ke digital bisnis untuk mendapatkan lebih banyak potensi perluasan jangkauan pemasaran dan lebih besar potensi pendapatan yang akan diterima, selain itu di sosialisasikan juga pentingnya deversifikasi dan inovasi produk yang dapat menarik minat konsumen, sehingga dapat bertahan di tengah persaingan bisnis digital, selain itu dengan adanya sinergi antara insan kampus dan para ukm diharapkan para insan kampus dapat menerapkan ilmu pengetahuannya membantu pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menegah sesuai dengan keahliannya masing-masing dalam hal ini meghasilkan perangkat lunak digital sebagai media promosi produk ukm
