This paper presents a Customer Assistance Mobile Manipulator Robot (CAMbot) that can be used in super markets and shopping malls. It assists customers by helping them to find the required products with the help of a User Interface and identify commodities in the shelves using RFID tags. This robot helps the customers to find the way through the store using built in maps stored in the robotic memory. After locating the commodities, they can be picked from the shelf and placed in the basket using its robotic arm.
