Web applications are utilized on an extensive scale across the globe and it handles sensitive individual information of users. Structured Query Language (SQL) Data Inference (DI) and injection are procedures that abuse a security defenselessness occurring in the database layer of an application. This research article focuses on website page database security with the help of optimization and encryption methods for Web of Things Environments. Initially, the selected queries in webpage application are injected as per Discrete Bee Colony Optimization (DBCO) procedure. After the Proxy filtering, the injection prevention model is utilized, the injected data with various queries of different special characters are utilized. At long last, the attack gets detected depending on the user query with the assistance of query tree mechanism. Besides, an effective Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) encryption is proposed in the study. From the implementation results, it is to be noted that the proposed method achieved 93.56% security level for the prevented webpage implication-based databases. The effect on the businesses must be comprehended to decrease the risk involved in SQL and DI injection assaults.
GitHub repositories have been used to understand some important parameters related to quantitative growth of software projects. The rate at which fork, commits and branches have been done in different repositories which are supposed to be the topmost ones when it comes to the number of contributors is the main point of study in this paper. The desirable goal is to find out some sort of similarity in the trends of all these software projects. Similar trends tend to lead to interesting inferences regarding the quantitative growth and even the quality of these software projects. Is the rate of forking, branching, committing anything to do with the success of software projects? The authors have taken up this question in the current study.
-The choice of tool and language for exercising any particular area of work is the foremost task for any researcher and this also holds true for data extraction activity. This paper highlights the pros and cons of four programming languages C, Java, PHP and Python with respect to the libraries and other programming features these languages offer for scraping websites and extraction of data from software repositories. This paper also discusses in brief the related libraries and the methods of using them. The paper can be considered to be a review work of the above mentioned four languages and may help the reader to explore their usefulness and utility with respect to the related task.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
