Rhinoscleroma has become a more and more rare disease because of the sensitivity to the new molecules. Diagnosis can be difficult and delayed because of its clinical polymorphism.

La Côte-d'Ivoire se trouve dans une zone à faible incidence des cancers du nasopharynx. La fréquence des tumeurs malignes du cavum en Côte-d'Ivoire est estimée à 8 %. Notre étude a relevé une prédominance masculine (80 %) et deux pics de fréquence dans les tranches d'âges de 10 à 25 ans et vers l'âge de 60 ans. 73,33 % de nos patients sont de niveau socioéconomique bas. La moitié avait comme facteur de risque alimentaire les nitrosamines. Le délai de consultation moyen était de 11 mois et constituait un facteur de mauvais pronostic. Our study revealed that men are mostly affected by the tumour (80%). The maximum of frequency is founded within the two age range of 10 to 25-years-old patients and patients over 60-years-old. 73,33% have a low economical and social condition. Half of our patients have nitrosamine as a risk factor. Delay before consultation was 11 months being a factor of bad prognostic.
