The research aims are to establish its social exchange theory and social cognitive theory and to learn more about the connections between organizational learning, privacy worries, innovation capacity, and the mediating role of social networking sites used by Grab and Careem in Pakistan. Three hundred people were used to analyze the results of a physical questionnaire. Personality traits positively affect the innovative performance of Grab and Careem employees, as shown by structural equation modeling (SEM) results. The results also showed that social media sites acted as a positive mediator between organizational learning, privacy worries, innovation skills, and creative output. Important data for administration, travel planners, and politicians can be gleaned from this study's novel findings, which are supported by established theories like social exchange and cognition theories. In the future, researchers may devote more time to examining how people's ability to think creatively is affected by their surroundings. The most recent findings helped to establish clear standards by which future builders and designers of such sites can guide their work. There are numerous suggested theoretical and practical implications, demands for additional research, and policy recommendations.
This research focuses on understanding how passengers had perceived airline's flight services as well as how passengers had evaluated the importance of service quality dimensions of airlines based in Singapore, specifically understanding whether full-service network carriers or low-cost carriers had delivered better value-added service quality in terms of whether airfares were value for money, as well as identifying whether gender and age differences perceive differently towards service quality. Data was collected via a survey at Singapore's Changi Airport, targeting arriving passengers who had flown on Singapore-based airlines. The results revealed that full-service network carriers had delivered better value in flight services as compared to low-cost carriers. The results also highlighted that between genders, male passengers are more satisfied with airline's flight services as compared to females, while between age groups, significant differences were found in overall seat comfort. Moreover, Airline safety records and on-time departure and arrival followed by lavatories cleanliness and odourless were rated as the most important factors towards passengers.

One hundred and twenty respondents were selected through a convenient sampling technique and were interviewed by a well-structured research tool (questionnaire). Ten respondents were pretested to check and examine the workability of the questionnaire. Collected data was analyzed through appropriate statistical techniques by using SPSS software, and recommendations were made for the improvement of technical and vocational education regarding human resources. The study found that the majority of the respondents belonged to those skilled persons who were agreed with private organizations taking an interest in conducting vocational training courses. During conducting data, it was also observed that the majority of respondents were agreed that their institutes are providing skills according to international standards. Near to half of the respondents were found a tendency toward getting technical-vocational education in our country with a high ratio. The indings of this study will contribute more in the literature in the area of education in human resource management and will also open a new avenue for practitioners as well as for researchers.
