The analysis of the program and normative documents of the republic in the field of social work showed that the level of training of social workers does not meet the needs of the social services sector. Changes in the so-cio-economic sphere, the attitude of society towards social work, international practice dictate the need for organizing work and training social workers, taking into account the requirements of a professional standard in this field. The presence of a professional standard in social work obliges educational institutions to bring the content of the educational program for the training of social workers in accordance with the requirements of the standard, focusing on the formation of professional competencies. The formation of professional com-petencies and the definition of learning outcomes requires the use of training technology in the educational process — case management. Case management is a technology that reflects the content of the labor function of a social worker.

Трудоустройство выпускников вуза является одним из показателей его конкурентоспособности. Для Казахстана это и показатель высокого рейтинга вуза, что определяет возможности набора абитуриентов, получения государственных грантов, является критерием оценки качества обучения со стороны аккредитационных органов и др. Профессиональная подготовка будущих специалистов – это результат взаимодействия всех участников образовательного процесса. В статье дается описание и показана роль технологии практико-ориентированного обучения в подготовке специалистов, а также показан набор определенных элементов реализующих данную технологию в образовательный процесс. Технология практико-ориентированного обучения направлена на формирование профессиональных компетенций у будущих специалистов, востребованных рынком труда. Исследуемая технология является результатом взаимодействия основных стейкхолдеров, заинтересованных в качестве образования и трудоустройстве выпускников университета. В содержании статьи на основе анализа результатов социологических исследований, были выделены ключевые компетенции, востребованные рынком труда у выпускников вуза. В университете определены педагогические условия, способствующие практико-ориентированного обучения. Задача авторов статьи проиллюстрировать опыт внедрения практико-ориентированного подхода в образовательную деятельность Карагандинского экономического университета Казпотребсоюза и представить инструменты внедрения данного подхода.
