Technological developments present various new things in human life, including social media. Behavior in using social media can affect the lives of its users. Often the negative behavior that is carried out when using social media has an impact on mental and physical health. This study then aims to see how social media usage behavior impacts mental and physical health in the future. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data used in this study comes from various research results and previous studies. The results of this study indicate that excessive use of social media can have addictive effects. This addiction can impact mental health through depression, stress, anxiety, and loneliness. If this mental health disorder occurs for a long time, it will cause physical disturbances such as changes in blood pressure and hypertension. In addition, excessive use of social media can also cause problems with eye health and sleep problems.
Vaksinasi terhadap Covid-19 adalah cara terbaik untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19.Selain itu, penerapan protokol kesehatan 6M yaitu memakai masker, cuci tangan, menjaga jarak,membatasi mobilitas, menghindari keramaian, dan menghindari makan bersama juga sangat pentinguntuk menekan penyebaran Covid-19. Masih ada masyarakat yang takut untuk melakukan vaksinasiterhadap Covid-19 dan kurangnya kesadaran dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan menjadi kendaladalam menghentikan penyebaran Covid-19. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakansosialisasi yang dilakukan melalui aplikasi zoom meeting serta penilaian pre-test dan post-test untukmengukur tingkat pemahaman sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Setelah dilakukan psikoedukasididapatkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya vaksinasi dan penerapan protokolkesehatan 6M yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan jumlah soal yang dijawab dengan benarsehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian sosialisasi sudah memberikan dampak positif bagimasyarakat dan diharapkan keberlanjutan kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan di masyarakat luas sehinggailmu yang diberikan dapat bermanfaat secara umum.Kata Kunci: Vaksinasi, protokol kesehatan 6M, Covid-19 Vaccination against Covid-19 is the best way to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Inaddition, the implementation of the 6M health protocol, namely wearing masks, washing hands,maintaining distance, limiting mobility, avoiding crowds, and avoiding eating together is also veryimportant to suppress the spread of Covid-19. There are still people who are afraid to vaccinateagainst Covid-19 and the lack of awareness in implementing health protocols is an obstacle instopping the spread of Covid-19. The method of implementing this activity uses socialization carriedout through the zoom meeting application as well as pre-test and post-test assessments to measure thelevel of understanding before and after the activity. After doing psychoeducation, it was found thatthere was an increase in knowledge about the importance of vaccination and the application of the6M health protocol as indicated by the increase in the number of questions answered correctly so itcan be concluded that the provision of socialization has a positive impact on the community and it ishoped that the sustainability of this activity can be carried out in the wider community so that theknowledge provided can be useful in general.Keywords: Vaccination, 6M Health Protocol, Covid-19.
