Abstract. Some variables such as self-esteem, relationship commitment in dyadic relation commited by the person, and positive attitude, suspected affect premarital sexual behavior. The aim of this study is to measure empirically the influence of self-esteem, relationship commitment, and the attitude of premarital sexual behavior to premarital sexual behavior in college students. This study involved 287 college students as participants. Structural equation model is used to test the hypothesis in this research. The results showed that the empirical model obtained in accordance with the theoretical model, or it has goodness of fit. However, only committed relationship, and attitude of premarital sexual intercourse affect the premarital sexual behavior in college students. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui secara empiris apakah harga diri, komitmen hubungan, dan sikap terhadap perilaku seks pranikah memengaruhi perilaku seks pranikah pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini melibatkan 287 orang mahasiswa. Structural Equation Model digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis di dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model empirik yang didapatkan sesuai dengan model teoretik yang dibangun. Namun demikian, hanya komitmen hubungan, dan sikap terhadap hubungan seks pranikah yang memengaruhi dilakukannya perilaku seks pranikah pada mahasiswa. Abstract. One of the risky sexual behaviors is the number of sexual partners individuals have. The higher number they have is the riskier for them to get infected by HIV/AIDS. The tendency to commit risky sexual behavior is higher in single person, and it said that mean committing it risky are more permissive than women. There have been researches studying the contribution of self-esteem to the number of sexual partners. Sexting is also assumed to have correlation with the number of sexual partners. The aim of this study was to measure the contribution of self-esteem and sexting to the number of sexual partners a single heterosexual man with risky sexual behaviors have. This study involved 83 participants. The result showed that the contribution of self-esteem to the number of sexual partners was 13.8% and sexting was 9.8% while the combination of self-esteem and sexting to the number of sexual partners was 13.2%. The other findings indicated that the number of sexual partners varied in the participants based on educational background, while the self-esteem and sexting varied in them based on sexual orientation.

Kereta rel listrik (KRL) adalah jenis transportasi yang banyak diminati masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya mahasiswa menggunakan KRL karena harganya terjangkau, di dalam KRL sering terlihat perilaku prososial pada orang umumya termasuk mahasiswa seperti memberikan tempat duduk kepada ibu hamil, membawa balita dan penyandang disabilitas, perilaku prososial berhubungan dengan empati yang ada pada setiap individu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan empati dengan perilaku prososial pada mahasiswa pengguna KRL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 100 mahasiswa pengguna KRL. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan dengan korelasi Pearson dapat diketahui bahwa hipotesis diterima dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.702 (p < .01) yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara empati dengan perilaku prososial pada mahasiswa pengguna KRL. Arah hubungan positif artinya menunjukkan bahwa, semakin tinggi empati maka semakin tinggi perilaku prososial pada mahasiswa pengguna KRL.

One of the factors that can influence voting intention in previous studies is candidate image. This can be seen from the findings of previous studies which show a correlation between candidate image and voting intention. However, there is no research that reveals how true the r and the effect size of the candidate image correlation and voting intention are, especially for first time voters. This meta-analysis study aims to measure the true correlation between candidate image and voting intention in firsttime voters by considering the effect size. The study consisted of 10 studies that were considered to have met the requirements with a total sample of 7,198 voters. The results of the studies found in this study indicate that candidate image has a significant positive correlation with strong voting intention in voters with a CI of 95% (0.42, 0.89). This study also found good heterogeneity test results and no publication bias.
