Fisheries, as part of the human food chain, have an environment that affects fisheries resources. The view of slowing the number of fish catches in the sea due to factors that drive such as economic growth, population and effort effectiveness will decrease the power of fish in the sea. This study carried out the circumstance of fisheries in sea Indonesia and analyzed empirically the relationship between economic factors, population, and effort effectiveness on the catch volume. We apply the random effect (RE) estimator method which is reviewed for 33 provinces for the period 2000-2015. We use catch as a proxy for marine ecosystems. Our results confirmed that the growth of fish catchment in the sea Indonesia experienced a positive trend and the relationship between economic factors, population and effort effectiveness positive and significant on the volume of catch thus we conclude that catch fisheries in Indonesia is sustainable

Turnover intention is generated on the basis of the workload experienced by employees. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture, organizational commitment and work stress and turnover intention on employees. The population of this study were employees who worked in the PT. Brahma Bina Bakti Mill Jambi as 162 people. The sample in this study was 62 people with sampling technique used was slovin formula. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. These results indicate that partially, the variable organizational culture and organizational commitment has negative effect on the variable turnover intention. While, Variable work stress has positive effect on the variable turnover intention.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of trust, convenience and quality of information on online purchasing decisions in the shopee application among students in the city of Padang. This type of research is a quantitative approach, with a population of students in the city of Padang who have made online purchases in the Shopee application totaling 96 samples using the lemeshow formula measurement. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. The data were processed using multiple linear regression using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the trust, convenience and quality of information partially have a significant effect on online purchasing decisions in the shopee application for students in the city of Padang.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara pengaruh brand image dan brand trust terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Shopee di Kota Padang dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 100 orang responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik pengambilan sampel ini dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi bertingkat dan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji t statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image, brand trust dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan situs belanja online Shopee di Kota Padang. Brand image dan brand trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan situs belanja online Shopee di Kota Padang. Radio merupakan salah satu jenis media masa. Radio termasuk sarana atau saluran komunikasi massa seperti halnya surat kabar, majalah atau televisi. Ciri khas utama radio adalah auditif, yakni bersifat audio yang dikonsumsi telinga atau pendengaran.Radio merupakan bergerak di bidang poadcast dan kreatif karena dunia penyiaran radio telah berkembang pesat seiring dengan tingkat peradaban manusia dan kemajuan teknologi komunikasi. Radio menjadi sangat akrab dengan masyarakat karena media radio dapat menjadi media yang komunikatif, edukatif dan menghibur, yang hanya membutuhkan indera pendengaran sehingga dapat didengarkan dimana saja dan sambil melakukan aktifitas lain seperti berkendara atau bekerja. Syarat utama untuk dapat bekerja di Radio Republik Indonesia yaitu harus kreatif dan aktif hal ini dikarenakan radio selalu menyesuaikan diri dengan kebutuhan dari masyarakat selaku pendengarnya dari hari ke hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen bakat dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada radio republik Indonesia padang. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Data diuji menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan populasi seluruh karyawan Radio Republik Indonesia Padang yang berjumlah 87 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen bakat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
