Data on visits of general patients' outpatient Royal Prima Medan Hospital from February to August 2018 showed a decline. One factor that causes a decrease in patient visits is patient dissatisfaction with the hospital. Indicators of patient satisfaction can consist of health insurance consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and certainty and empathy provided by the hospital to its customers. Quantitative research using cross-sectional and the number of respondents' as many as 89 people using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was done by multiple linear regressions. A significant influence between the qualities of health services is needed at 97.2% with a significance value of 0,000 for patient satisfaction. The results of this data analysis indicate that patients are satisfied with the health services provided by Royal Prima Medan Hospital. This shows that there are other factors that come out of this study that causes rejection of patient visits. Obtained a significant between the qualities of health services by 97.2% of patient satisfaction. For this reason, Royal Prima Medan Hospital is expected to be able to maintain and improve the quality of health services that already exist in hospitals, and find and improve other factors that cause a decrease in patient visits at the hospital.

The research samples were employees of Royal Prima Medan Hospital Pharmacy Installation Warehouse who had worked for ± 1 year. For the validity and reliability of the data, source triangulation and method triangulation were used. Data analysis in this study used domain analysis. The results of this study indicate that drug storage activities using the FIFO and FEFO methods in Royal Prima Medan Hospital Pharmacy Installation Warehouse have been running well. Although in the implementation of drug storage activities, human resources problems have been found that play a dual role in their duties, problems of miscommunication among human resources and there is still a lack of training on drug storage using the FIFO and FEFO methods. Efforts to strengthen the health services provided to patients rely heavily on the use of high-quality, complete, accurate, and timely data to inform decision-making at the clinical, facility, and policy levels in hospitals. However, evidence of gaps in the quality of medical records is often found. At RSU Royal Prima Medan there are still some incomplete data such as writing the actions that have been done to the patient. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the quality of medical records as part of the initiative to strengthen the health care system. The research was conducted using a survey method with an explanatory research design. The research population was 612 people and as many as 100 samples analyzed were taken by stratified random sampling. The univariate test showed that most of the respondents had filled out medical records completely (78.0%) and on time (72.0%), but there were 41.0% medical records that were inaccurate and did not meet the legal requirements of medical records (59 ,0%). Bivariate analysis with Chi-Square showed that the variables of knowledge (p=0.001), procedures (p=0.006) and supervision (p=0.003) had an effect on the quality of medical records, while equipment had no significant effect. Of the three factors, the most dominant factor influencing the quality of medical records is the knowledge obtained through multiple logistic regression tests with an OR value of 4 times the risk of affecting the quality of medical records. This research is an indication that poor knowledge will affect the quality of medical records so that the Royal Prima Hospital Medan needs to conduct socialization and training to increase the knowledge of health workers (doctors, nurses, medical recorders).
