Modern batik is one of the fashion trends that are always in demand by the market. When choosing batik, many factors are considered including the type of batik (writing or stamp), fabric material, motif, quality, color, price, and design (model). Of all these factors, the most influencing people in buying batik are prices, motifs, colors, and designs (models). This study used Eigen Values and Vectors to determine the priority of factors that influence batik purchases. To find out the factors that are most in demand by the market among the four factors (price, motif, color, and design), the study was conducted by providing a questionnaire containing a comparison between one factor and another. Respondents write down which factors to choose and give weight to each choice. The next step is to calculate the eigen values and make a decision based on the normalized eigen vector.
Purpose: Therefore, in this study, SWOT analysis is used to formulate problems from internal and external factors, from developing alternative strategies, selecting and making strategic decisions that align with company goals. Design/methodology/approach: At the same time, the Analytical Network Process (ANP) is used to weigh each alternative strategy so that the strategy with the highest priority weight can be identified. By using Super Decision software, the best alternative strategy for Soya Agung is to promote promotion and education with a weight of 0.214760. Findings: An industry that can compete in the modern market has the right marketing strategy. As a Small and Medium Enterprise producing tempeh, whose raw material is non-genetic modified local soybeans, Soya Agung still has limitations in marketing its products. Research limitations/implications: The integration of SWOT and ANP is expected to produce strategic plans that can provide various alternative marketing strategies that can help solve company problems. Pandemi COVID-19 yang menyebar dengan cepat telah mempengaruhi banyak orang di seluruh dunia. Orang yang terinfeksi parah dirawat di rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu terjadi peningkatan beban kerja rumah sakit yang berlebihan. Hal ini menyebabkan kelelahan fisik pada tenaga kesehatan. Untuk itu, selain penyediaan alat pelindung diri seperti sarung tangan, baju pelindung, masker dan kacamata, pelayanan kesehatan juga harus direncanakan dengan baik. Salah satu isu kritis adalah perencanaan jadwal shift dokter. Dalam penelitian ini ditangani penyusunan jadwal shift dokter sebuah rumah sakit yang dapat diterapkan selama pandemi semacam COVID-19. Diusulkan model pemrograman integer campuran (MIP) untuk mengatasi masalah penjadwalan shift dan mengubahnya menjadi sistem pendukung keputusan (DSS). Jadwal yang dihasilkan meminimalkan paparan dokter terhadap virus dengan beban kerja yang seimbang sambil mempertahankan layanan kesehatan di semua departemen
Dukuh Menanggal menjadi salah satu kelurahan yang sangat perhatian terhadap UMKM. UMKM Amanah Belimbing Wuluh Dukuh Menanggal memang sudah mampu berkembang secara baik. Namun perkembangan ini juga belum mampu memberikan kontribusi yang maksimal kepada para anggota pada khususnya serta masyarakat Dukuh Menanggal. Media katalog produk dipilih dalam mempromosikan secara keseluruhan apa yang ada dan disediakan oleh UMKM Amanah Belimbing Wuluh Dukuh Menanggal. Dari hasil identifikasi permasalahan dan menggali potensi di masyarakat Kelurahan Dukuh Menanggal terdapat 28 nama UMKM dan puluhan Jenis makanan dan usaha yang dijual. Perancangan Katalog Produk menunjang UMKM di Kelurahan Dukuh Menanggal merupakan kerjasama antara Dosen Program Studi Teknik Industri UNIPA Surabaya dengan Mahasiswa Teknik Industri Angkatan 2019. Solar panels are semiconductor elements that can convert solar energy into electrical energy. This Research on Solar Power Plants (PLTS) assemble with materials such as solar panels, 3000 W inverters, batteries, relays and control chargers, after that the load calculations are carried out, then implementation and testing is carried out. This research also aims as a renewable electric power in the future. From the results of the PLTS load test carried out at the researcher's house, the highest load was 405.32 watts, while the highest load test results used PLN electricity, which was 267.06 watts. So it can be said that this research is successful in meeting the electricity needs of household scale.
