The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the strategy of Tourism Higher Education (PTNP) operated by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Republic of Indonesia towards vision Indonesia’s Golden Generation 2045. This research is a policy research to solve social problems that aims to identify the implementation of adaptation, innovation, and collaboration strategy. The results of this study indicated that Tourism Higher Education (PTNP) in the face of two main trends, namely globalization and pandemic COVID-19. The winning strategy of Tourism Higher Education (PTNP) were, 1) Adaption strategy, by provided facilities and support the lecturer and faculty members to use hightech and also strictly discipline with CHSE standard to protect the spread of COVID-19 pandemic. 2) Innovation strategy, by using hightech in education and curriculum designed to facilitate long distance learning as well as the development of big data for personnel, finance, logistics and students so that it will facilitate access to information and strategic decision making. 3) Collaboration strategy, by sharing utilization and industry expert on training and education as well as job recruitment and internship program.
This research was conducted to compile a mapping of the creative economy sub-sector in Makassar City. Research approach with qualitative-descriptive methods. The spatial data obtained were analyzed using the ArcGIS 10.5 application and produced spatial and non-spatial data. There are 261 business actors in 15 sub-districts in Makassar City who have spatial and non-spatial data. This study concludes that parekraf sub-sector activities are spread evenly in the Makassar City area and there are 3 (three) leading sub-sectors including culinary business as much as 31%, fashion as much as 17% and crafts as much as 10% . The results of this research are expected to facilitate the government in making policies related to the development of the creative economy in realizing Makassar as a world city. Apart from that, it is easy for the community to search for the Makassar City parekraf through and know the location of the location because it is supported by the display of the Makassar City parekraf distribution map. Future research is expected to be able to develop modeling of the Makassar City Parekraf subsector with a webgis platform that is connected to the hotel industry, restaurants and tourist villages in the Maminasata Region as the main requirement for a metropolitan city.
Kurikulum vokasi merupakan suatu tuntutan atau pedoman yang harus diikuti oleh setiap perguruan tinggi vokasi, yang terdiri atas susunan matakuliah, sistem kredit semester dan matakuliah wajib umum dan matakuliah wajib yang dituangkan dalam pembelajaran semester pada Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) gambaran industri jasa perjalanan wisata era industry 4.0, (2) kurikulum vokasi pada Program Studi Usaha Perjalanan Wisata Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar, dan (3) kebutuhan sumber daya manusia industri jasa perjalanan wisata Makassar, Jakarta dan Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah informan sebanyak delapan orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah, direduksi, dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pentingnya kurikulum Usaha Perjalanan Wisata Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar menyelaraskan dengan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia usaha perjalanan wisata di Makassar, Jakarta dan Bali
