<em><span style="font-size: 8pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: Georgia, serif;">Este trabajo presenta una exploración de la teoría de los recursos y capacidades, reconociendo la importancia de la estrategia y la ventaja competitiva. Destacando que el éxito de las empresas se da cuando identifican y aprovechan sus recursos y capacidades, al observarlos como un potencial de valor único. Dado que en la actualidad, las empresas se enfrentan a mercados globales, encontrar una ventaja competitiva puede representar su sobrevivencia. La metodología de este documento está basada en la revisión de trabajos publicados en el tema de los recursos humanos. Dentro de los hallazgos encontrados, se enfatiza que las organizaciones buscan nuevas formas creativas para trabajar, con recursos humanos competentes, que ayudan a crear ventaja competitiva, para atender al entorno dinámico y generar innovaciones.</span></em>

For decades, New York, and the tri-State area, has become a major attraction for Poblano immigrants seeking opportunities. Some of these immigrants, not only have worked to send remittances to their families in Mexico, but also have made their way to become productive, social and political entrepreneurs in the communities of destination and/or origin. But what are the conditions that have allowed certain Poblanos to become economic, political and social entrepreneurs in the so-called Big Apple and its surroundings? What have been the challenges they have had to overcome? And what is their relationship with their origin communities in Mexico? These are the main research questions of this study part.
