Infections in the vagina every year affect women worldwide, reaching 10-15% of 100 million women, namely candida bacterial infection and experience vaginal discharge. The problem of vaginal discharge that occurs in adolescents needs special attention. If leucorrhoea in adolescents is allowed to cause serious illness and very fatal consequences if treated too late, for example it can cause infertility, pelvic inflammation and cervical cancer. Leucorrhoea is 95% of the early symptoms of cervical cancer which can lead to death if not treated immediately. Caring for genetalia has a role in determining health status. Performing vulva hygiene properly will avoid infection of the reproductive organs. The behavior of vulva hygiene and the use of toilet paper can overcome the incidence of vaginal discharge because it aims to maintain cleanliness and dry the female organs so as to reduce the occurrence of reproductive health problems in women, especially to prevent vaginal discharge. The aim of this study was to find out how the relationship between vulva hygiene and the use of toilet paper to reduce the incidence of fluor albus (vaginal discharge) in young women.This research method uses a literature study where an analysis of the search results of journal articles (e-journals) and articles with a review of existing theories (e-books) is carried out. This study revealed that there was a relationship between vulva hygiene behavior and the use of toilet paper in reducing the incidence of vaginal discharge. Infeksi pada vagina setiap tahunnya menyerang perempuan di seluruh dunia mencapai 10-15% dari 100 juta perempuan, yaitu infeksi bakteri candida dan mengalami keputihan. Masalah keputihan yang terjadi pada remaja perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus. Jika keputihan pada remaja dibiarkan maka akan menimbulkan penyakit serius dan berakibat sangat fatal bila terlambat ditangani, misalnya dapat menimbulkan kemandulan, radang panggul serta kanker leher rahim. Keputihan merupakan 95% gejala awal dari kanker leher rahim yang bisa berujung pada kematian bila tidak segera mendapatkan penanganan. Melakukan perawatan organ genetalia mempunyai peranan dalam menentukan status kesehatan. Melakukan vulva hygiene dengan baik akan terhindar dari infeksi alat reproduksi. Perilaku vulva hygiene dan penggunaan tisu toilet dapat mengatasi kejadian keputihan karena bertujuan untuk menjaga kebersihan dan mengeringkan organ kewanitaan sehingga mengurangi terjadinya gangguan kesehatan reproduksi pada wanita terutama untuk mencegah terjadinya keputihan.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan vulva hygiene dan penggunaan tisu toilet terhadap penurunan kejadian fluor albus (keputihan) pada remaja putri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dimana dilakukan analisis terhadap hasil penelusuran artikel jurnal (e-jurnal) dan artikel dengan tinjauan teori yang ada (e-book). Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat hubungan perilaku vulva hygiene dan penggunaan tisu toilet dalam mengurangi kejadian keputihan.
