El presente documento realiza una reflexión en torno al derecho de niños, niñas y adolescentes a ser oídos en la justicia de familia chilena en virtud de la normativa, tanto nacional como internacional, así como también en relación a la aproximación psicojurídica del ejercicio efectivo de dicho derecho. Se distinguen así el derecho a ser oídos de diferentes entrevistas judiciales, y se discuten los potenciales victimizantes y reparadoras de esta actuación judicial.
Abstract: This paper proposes a reflection about the children’s rights to be heard in the Chilean Family Justice, according to both national and international regulations on that matter. Also it explores this issue from a juridical psychology point of view, analyzing different forensic interview protocols, added to the victimizing and repairing potentialities of that action.
