This study aims to examine the relationship between financial literacy and digital innovation on improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research method used is a survey method. The number of respondents used was 56 respondents. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy and digital innovation have no relationship to the performance of MSMEs during the pandemic. Many factors cause this to happen, including the supporting components of the inadequate use of the technology, and many MSME owners who rely on their experience in running their business.
Abstract. The Impact of Budget Participation on theAbstrak. Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggaran terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya dengan sistem pengendalian, desentralisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai SKPD (Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah), dengan teknik pengambilan sample proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan hierarchical regression (regresi berjenjang). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin besar tingkat partisipasi pegawai dalam penyusunan anggaran, maka kinerja pegawai juga akan meningkat. Sistem pengendalian, desentralisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan juga terbukti memperkuat pengaruh partisipasi anggaran dengan kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah.
<p>Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai akuntabilitas yang diwujudkan dalam laporan keuangan. Pemahaman ini penting, mengingat laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan, harus dipertanggungjawabkan kepada pihak eksternal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. UMKM yang menjadi situs penelitian adalah sebuah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan ikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM belum memahami makna dan merasa pentingnya akuntabilitas. Hal ini disebabkan karena selama ini mereka hanya melakukan pembukuan dan pelaporan keuangan yang sederhana dan belum sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku yaitu SAK ETAP.</p><p><em>Abstract: This study aims to determine the depth of SME???s understanding towards accountability that embodied in the financial statements. This is important since the financial statements must be reported as part of accountability to external parties. This research was conducted based on qualitative method and phenomenological approach. The site of this research is an SME engaged in a fish trade. The results show that the SME has not realised the meaning and importance of accountability. This is due to simple bookeeping and financial reporting done by this SME, which is not in accordance with the applicable standard (SAK ETAP).</em></p><strong></strong><strong></strong>
This study aims to theoretically explain the relationship between corporate governance and financial reporting quality. The implementation of Corporate Governance conducted by companies can reduce agency conflict that occurs in companies between investors and managers. This research uses study literature. The data collection method is a literature study. The data obtained are compiled, analyzed, and concluded to obtain conclusions regarding the study of literature. The results of the study indicate that the application of Corporate Governance is one form to minimize agency conflicts that occur between investors and management so that information produced by companies shows quality information. This raises agency problems in the form of asymmetry information between managers and owners can provide managers with opportunities to manage earnings to maximize their utility. one strategy in limiting earnings management activities is by implementing corporate governance.
