У статті визначено сутність поняття “економічний механізм забезпечення ефективності сільськогосподарських підприємств”. Охарактеризовано організаційні та економічні складові частини цього механізму. Узагальнено теоретичні засади забезпечення ефективного господарювання в сільськогосподарських підприємствах за умов ринкових трансформацій.

Context. The task of automation of feature set informativeness estimation process in multi robot teams control is solved. The object of the research is the process of multi robot teams control. The subject of the research is the criterion of feature set informativeness estimation. Objective. The research objective is to develop the criterion for feature set informativeness estimation in multi robot teams control. Method. The criterion for feature set informativeness estimation is proposed. The developed criterion is based on the idea that feature set informativeness is computed according to values of the prior probabilitіes of finding features in the descriptions of the environment states. The use of the proposed criterion allows to efficiently solve the problem of feature set informativeness estimation, leading to effective solution of the multi robots control task. The developed criterion is based on the maximizing mutual information criterion and can be applicable when measurements are interdepended and environment has a variable number of states. The criterion doesn't require to construct models based on the estimated feature combinations, in such a way considerably reducing time and computing costs for multi robot teams control. Application of the proposed criterion for feature set informativeness estimation allows to make a decision how much a new observation will increase the certainty of the robots' beliefs about the environment state which is observed. Results. The software which implements the proposed criterion for feature set informativeness estimation and allows to manage multi robot teams has been developed. Conclusions. The conducted experiments have confirmed operability of the proposed criterion for feature set informativeness estimation and allow to recommend it for multi robot teams control in practice. The prospects for further researches may include the modification of the known multi robot teams control methods and the development of new ones based on the proposed criterion for feature set informativeness estimation.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to reveal the prospects for the development of small agricultural enterprises in view of the transformation processes taking place in the context of land market formation. Methodology of research. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study were legislative and other regulations, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on issues related to the functioning of the land market and the development of small enterprises in the agricultural sector. The following general scientific and special methods were used to achieve this goal: abstract and logical method in the formation of theoretical generalizations, assumptions, conclusions; analysis and synthesis in assessing the development of small agricultural entrepreneurship and the functioning of the land market; comparative analysis to compare economic indicators in time and space; graphic method with a visual reflection of the dynamics and structural changes in the distribution of land by ownership. Findings. The research is devoted to a topical issue concerning the prospects for the development of small agricultural enterprises in the context of land market formation. The article pays special attention to aspects of land reform implementation The social and economic preconditions of transformation of the structure of the land fund by forms of ownership are considered. The main restraining factors of agricultural land market development are highlighted. Measures of state support of small agricultural enterprises in the process of land purchase are revealed. The level of efficiency of the land market since its launch is shown. The main positive aspects and problems related to the formation of the land market are presented. The foreign experience of the influence of the land market functioning on the development of small agricultural enterprises is studied. Originality. The substantiation of the dependence of the development of small agrarian entrepreneurship on the level of development of the land market is deepened. Practical value. The implementation of the developed proposals will allow to intensify the development of small agricultural enterprises in the conditions of the land market functioning. It is established that with the support of the state, small agricultural enterprises will receive obvious advantages of development. With the deepening of institutional changes in the economy of Ukraine and the improvement of the system of property rela-tions, the problem of intensifying the development of small business in the agricultural sector has become important. The agrarian system should be aimed primarily at creating in each rural territorial community competitive small agricultural enterprises with a sufficient number of jobs and rational use of resource opportunities. The economic potential of rural areas is largely realized through small businesses. The article is devoted to the study of the economic essence of the category "small agricultural en-trepreneurship". The basic criteria and features of small agricultural enterprises are generalized, on the basis of the domestic normative-legal base and foreign experience. The author's approach to the criteria according to which it is expedient to classify agricultural enterprises as "small" is formed. On the basis of certain features, the expediency of including certain groups of small agricultural forms in the category of "small agrarian entrepreneurship" is substantiated. A comparative assessment of production of small agricultural enterprises, farms of all sizes and agricultural enterprises in general. The share of small agricultural enterpris-es in ensuring the volume of agricultural production is determined. It is established that the activity of small agricultural enterpris-es is an important component of agricultural production, as it is able to solve socio-economic problems of rural revival, to ensure food and environmental security. The main competitive advantages of small agricultural enterprises in comparison with large ones are substantiated. The relationship between the development of small agricultural entrepreneurship and the formation of territorial communities is determined. The main functions through which the role of small agrarian entrepreneurship in the development of rural areas is manifested are outlined. Узагальнено та розширено, на основі вітчизняної нормативно-правової бази та зарубіжного досвіду, базові критерії та ознаки малих аграрних підприємств. На основі визначених ознак, обґрунтовано доцільність включення у категорію «мале аграрне підприємництво» певних груп малих аграрних форм господарювання. Здійснено порівняльне оцінювання виробництва продукції малими аграрними підприємствами, фермерськими господарствами всіх розмірів та сільськогосподарськими підприємствами загалом. Зазначено основні конкурентні переваги малих аграрних підприємств порівняно із великими. Визначено та окреслено основні функції, через які проявляється роль малого аграрного підприємництва у розвитку сільських територій.
