Current social and economic changes have significantly influenced the tourism industry worldwide turning it into a diversified sphere of activity aimed at servicing tourists and meeting their needs. As tourist travels continue to grow throughout the world, they cause extensive cross-cultural contacts between different language and cultural groups. Thus, higher educational establishments of tourism profile have an important task to train competent specialists able to interact effectively at the intercultural level. In our article, based on the experience of teaching master's degree students majoring in international tourism at Lviv Polytechnic National University, we analysed possibilities of ICC development in ESP classes by means of flipped classroom method, role plays, discussions and a special course "Cross-cultural communication in religious tourism" designed by the authors. As shown by the results of our study, the methods and resources used in our ESP classes may be particularly appropriate for the development of students' ICC because they provide the basis for intercultural communication, ensure the link between the learning and real life and thus make the development of ICC more meaningful to learners.
The main purpose of the research is to analyze information and communication technologies in the process of teaching students in the context of cognitive development. Every year the issue of ensuring an appropriate level of information services for the educational process becomes more and more urgent. Expanding the influence of information and communication technologies on the learning system is an ongoing and ongoing process. Information and communication technologies are a set of methods, tools and techniques used for the selection, processing, storage, presentation, transmission of various data and materials necessary to improve the efficiency of various activities. The result of our research is to identify the main aspects of information and communication technologies in the process of teaching students in the context of cognitive development.
The main purpose of the study is to analyze the neuropsychological and neurolinguistic foundations of speech activation in the educational process. Human speech activity is closely connected with all spheres of human consciousness. The history of the existence of mankind has proved that it is speech that is an important factor in the mental development of the individual and the improvement of social relations. Under the influence of speech, consciousness, mental operations, volitional and emotional spheres develop, and the intellectual capabilities of a person are enriched. Broadcasting as a psychological phenomenon is one of the most difficult in the life of each of us. Speech activity has its own physiological mechanisms, which are determined not only at the functional, but also at the morphological level. Based on the results of the study, key aspects of the neuropsychological and neurolinguistic foundations of speech activation in the educational process were considered.

Improving the training of specialists requires finding effective ways to form students' systemic ideas about the object of their professional activity, the skills and abilities of its research, organization and management. One of the most pressing problems in the field of professional training is the formation of various aspects of the professional culture of specialists, which are an expression of the maturity and development of the entire system of socially significant qualities, is productively implemented in individual activities and is inextricably linked with their personal culture.
