Objective To identify and analyze the significant networks of family, social and hospital support described by the family caregivers of hospitalized children 5-12 years during the hospital stay. Method Descriptive study, exploratory and qualitative study conducted with 20 caregivers of children hospitalized in a hospital in a city in southern Brazil, through semi-structured interviews and significant social networks maps, tailored to the hospital setting. Results Data analysis showed that the most active social network was comprised of families through emotional support, material aid and services. Relations with hospital health care team and the hospital context were cited as providing support to the caregivers of the hospitalized child. Conclusions The identification of social networks in the child’s hospitalization course enables equip professionals working in the institution aiming at better targeting of actions and care for the family and hospitalized children.

Resumo A trajetória profissional ocupa espaço significativo na vida das pessoas na atualidade. Com base nesta premissa, procurou-se compreender o sentido de comunidade no contexto de trabalho de uma equipe multiprofissional hospitalar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, realizada por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, das quais participaram oito profissionais do ambulatório de hematologia e oncologia pediátrica de um hospital público do sul do Brasil, de abril a junho de 2015. As entrevistas foram analisadas à luz das Prá-ticas Discursivas. Estabeleceram-se quatro categorias, decorrentes dos componentes teóricos do sentido de comunidade. Os resultados indicam que os elementos pertencimento; influência; integração e satisfação das necessidades; e ligações emocionais compartilhadas estavam presentes nos discursos da equipe. Houve proximidade entre as narrativas das participantes e o conceito de comunidade para a caracterização do contexto de trabalho e das relações desenvolvidas. Contudo, também foram notados indícios de tensionamento hierárquico nas relações, a valorização de práticas individualistas, o conflito não externalizado e a dificuldade de lidar com as diferenças. Conclui-se que há necessidade de maior investimento na valorização e integração dos diferentes profissionais implicados no processo de promoção de saúde e no fomento do sentido de comunidade nas equipes hospitalares. Based on this premise, we sought to understand the meaning of community in the work context of a multiprofessional hospital team. The qualitative research was conducted through semi-structured interviews with eight professionals of the outpatient hematology and pediatric oncology services at a public hospital in the Southern region of Brazil, from April to June 2015. The interviews were analysed using Discursive Practices. We established four categories, which originated from the theoretical components of the meaning of community. The results indicate that the elements of belonging; influence; integration and satisfaction of needs; and shared emotional bonds were present in the discourses of the team. There was a proximity among the narratives of the participants and the concept of community in order to characterize the contexts of the work and of the relationships developed. However, we also noticed signs of hierarchical tensions in the relationships, the validation of individualist practices, non-externalized conflicts, and the difficulty to deal with differences. We concluded that there is a need for higher investments in the validation and integration of the different professionals implicated in the process of promotion of health and of the meaning of community among Brazilian teams. Este artigo apresenta um estudo de caso de uma criança portadora de alopecia areata universal, vitiligo e transtorno de ansiedade generalizada, atendida em clínica-escola de psicologia de 2002 a 2007. A abordagem terapêutica adotada foi a psicoterapia de orientação psicanalítica infantil e a orientação sistemática aos pais, objetivando a diminuição dos sintomas e o desenvolvimento de habilidades para o enfrentamento da doença crônica. No decorrer do processo, ao longo dos cinco anos de atendimento, a paciente adaptou-se positivamente à doença, ocorrendo a remissão dos sintomas de ansiedade e o desenvolvimento de comportamentos resilientes que indicaram a alta terapêutica.

RESUMO.O presente artigo visa apresentar contribuições do pensamento sistêmico ao trabalho do psicólogo na instituição hospitalar, sendo esta entendida como um sistema aberto, dinâmico, complexo e imprevisível no seu cotidiano, constituindose num grande contexto gerador de significados, que constantemente está afetando à conversação terapêutica. Após breve resgate histórico das conquistas, contradições, avanços e pressupostos epistemológicos da escuta psicológica no hospital, apresenta-se a análise dos diferentes contextos que o conformam, visando resgatar as peculiaridades das metáforas que afetam decisivamente a intervenção psicológica, determinando os rumos das ações. As metáforas, enquanto fortes simbologias presentes na dinâmica hospitalar, constituem-se como elementos necessários de análise, para organizar e tornar mais estratégica a atuação e melhor sustentar os diálogos interdisciplinares. Se não estiver atento a isto, o psicólogo corre o risco de se tornar em mero executante da queixa e das ordens implícitas dos encaminhadores, sustentado assim ações fragmentadas e preconceitos relacionados ao paciente, à equipe de saúde e ao contexto. This article aims to make contributions of systemic thinking to the work of psychologist in the hospital, being perceived as an open system, dynamic, complex and unpredictable in his daily work, establishing a large generator context of meanings, which are constantly affecting the talk therapy. After brief history of redemption achievements, contradictions, advances and epistemological assumptions of psychological listening in the hospital, it presents the analysis of different contexts of our program, targeting to recover the peculiarities of the metaphors that affect decisively the psychological intervention, determining the course of actions . Metaphors, as a strong symbolic meaning, present in the hospital dynamics, are necessary elements of analysis, to organize and become a more strategic role, and better support the interdisciplinary dialogues. If the psychologist is not aware about this, he will be at risk of becoming a mere agent of the complaint and the implicit orders of routers, sustaining, in this way, fragmented actions and prejudice related to the patient, the healthcare team and the context.
