The economic activity of an organization includes many aspects of innovative management, which largely determines the success of its functioning. Based on the accumulated research base and analysis of the activities and structure of enterprises, the authors propose several types of classification of enterprise functioning models. According to the criterion of the behavioral model, the authors divide organizations into organizations that act according to the conjunctural algorithm, focus on marketing principles and the so-called organizations of technological breakthrough, describe the main properties of these models and the differences in the behavior of enterprises of different groups from each other. The formation of managerial innovation processes is associated not only with their behavioral model, but also with the degree of influence of external factors on the company's activities. According to this principle, organizations belong to either an open or closed model. Closed models, in turn, are divided into those that function on the basis of theoretical postulates of scientific management and focus on the aspect of internal social interaction. Open models include enterprises that organize their economic activities based on the results of analysis according to the concept of systems theory and enterprises that resemble public institutions in their form and activity.
АннотацияЦель. Описать и проанализировать инновационные подходы к развитию ресурсного потенциала на региональном уровне. Авторами проведено исследование понятия потенциал, выявлена динамическая восприимчивость выборочной совокупности ресурсов, рассмотрено трансцендентное свойство потенциала в функциональном аспекте контроллинговой деятельности предприятия. Процедура и методы. В работе сформулированы тезисы и определена алгоритмика, используемая при создании корректной инновационной стратегии регионального уровня. При проведении исследования применены методы системного анализа, коэффициентный метод, а также метод аналогии и сравнения. Результаты. В ходе работы авторами рассмотрена структура инновационной стратегии региона, кратко сформулирована и предложена группировка инновационных потенциалов: коэффициенты перспективных возможностей, результирующие и запросные инновационные коэффициенты. Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Авторам удалось обновить проблематику формирования механизма инновационного развития совокупного ресурсного потенциала региона.
The article reflects that intellectual property management, carried out under conditions of uncertainty and significant financial risks, is currently gaining special importance in innovation activities. The impact of taking into account potential risks is mainly manifested at the early stages of innovation activity the stage of scientific research, the initiation of innovations, the selection of alternatives to innovative projects. In the proposed model of analysis and assessment of innovation risks, it is necessary to take into account such factors as: the presence of copyrights, the presence of patent protection, the availability of licenses for certain types of activities, the target orientation of the innovation project, the experience of implementing certain stages of the project, etc. These factors significantly affect the degree of risk of an innovative project and the probability of obtaining a positive result during its implementation. In addition, taking into account risk factors allows you to increase the efficiency of the project. The article substantiates that the essence of organizational and methodological support for the management of intellectual activity of industrial enterprises is the formation and use of new technologies and new business models of production, taking into account the intellectual property objects available on them. In this case, methodological support consists in the development of individual competencies of the company's personnel, the provision of new opportunities for the organization of innovative activities within the structure of the enterprise, the availability of intellectual property, the development of management competencies. The effectiveness of methodological support of management decisions in the innovative activity of an industrial enterprise based on the use of intellectual property is determined by the effectiveness of managing directly the objects and results of intellectual property, which are considered as the main tool for ensuring innovation, a prerequisite for all the activities of the enterprise, its sustainable development and increasing competitive advantages. Consequently, the methodological support of management decisions in the field of intellectual property greatly contributes to the development and achievement of new results of innovative activity.
