Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) proses pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab pada mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab di UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, (2) problematika pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab yang dihadapi mahasiswa, dan (3) solusi dari problematika pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab yang dihadapi mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, menyebarkan kuisioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi: (1) pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab pada prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab di UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta menggunakan metode aktif kreatif, (2) problematika pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab yang dihadapi mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab di UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta meliputi problem kebahasaan dan non kebahasaan, (3) solusi yang peneliti tawarkan diantaranya, menigkatkan kapabilitas pendidik, membuat target hafalan mufrodat, membentuk bi’ah al-‘arobiyyah, membuat kelompok belajar mandiri, memvariasi metode pembelajaran, upgrade motivasi belajar, dan standar penerimaan mahasiswa baru prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab di UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. The purpose of this study was to find out (1) the process of learning Arabic speaking skills for Arabic Language Education study program students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, (2) problems of learning Arabic speaking skills faced by students, (3) the solution to the problems of learning Arabic speaking skills faced by students. The type of this research is qualitative. As for data collection using observation techniques, distributing questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are: (1) learning Arabic speaking skills in the Arabic Language Education Study Program at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta uses creative active methods, (2) the problems of learning Arabic speaking skills faced by Arabic Language Education study program students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta include linguistic and non-linguistic problems, (3) Some of the solutions that researchers offer include, increasing the capability of educators, setting mufrodat memorization targets, forming bi'ah al-'arobiyyah, creating independent study groups, varying learning methods, upgrading learning motivation, and standards for accepting new students for Arabic Language Education Study Program at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta.
