This study aims to develop a decision support system in determining employees which will be laid off. The data used in the research sourced from PT. Mitra Andal Sejati Medan in 2017. This study used the ELECTRE method to conduct an assessment of company employees. The criteria used in the research were absence (C1), appearance (C2), performance (C3), and sales volume (C4). This ELECTRE system can provide an effective decision for termination of employment based on lowest employee rank.
Credit is increasingly growing and is increasingly needed by the wider community, people who do not have the capital to establish a business generally prefer to do credit or borrow money to trusted parties such as banks to support the business to be established. This is an advantage for the bank. Increasing credit activities in banks, it is necessary to assess credit as a material consideration for prospective customers before the bank gives a decision to accept or reject a prospective customer request. Therefore it is necessary to build a method that can help and facilitate the bank in giving decisions quickly and accurately. The basis for making decisions is based on the criteria to determine who is prioritized to receive a loan, to assist in determining in determining someone who is eligible to receive a loan, so a decision support system is needed is to use Fuzzy logic and apply the Tsukamoto method. Decision Support Credit Provisioning System is made for the purpose of assisting and facilitating the bank as the decision maker to provide alternatives in the event of a credit application being accepted or not.Keywords: Creditworthiness, Decision Support System, Fuzzy Tsukamoto
The problems that occur in chef selection have been carried out by the Head of Chef and most likely not all criteria for lexis are made judged, sometimes only a few criteria are assessed. A good restaurant certainly needs to reconsider the chef who will be accepted according to predetermined criteria. The success of a restaurant business in the background of pengelolahan in it, including the selection of a good chef will encourage the success of the restaurant. In dealing with chef selection problems conducted by the Head of Chef, a decision support system can be developed in the face of chef acceptance selection problems, namely by using the Composite Performance Index method. The criteria that will be used as an assessment are the taste of cuisine, experience, speed, creativity, education, and cleanliness. The selection of wedding organizer cooperation is one way to support choosing the right kersama for the development of a company. The election will have a big impact on the company. So in this research aims to provide the best alternative in the selection of kerjsama wedding organizers by using a decision support system. Decision support system is a form of Computer Base Information System (CBIS) that is interactive, flexible, and specifically developed to support problem solving from unstructured management to improve decision making, decision support systems are usually built to support solutions to a problem or to evaluate an opportunity. In this research, the author will use Rank Order Centroid method in weighting and use Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment method for settlement. The benefit that the authors want to achieve in this study is to be able to provide convenience for the company to choose the best choice that will be invited to cooperate. so as to reduce the risk of loss or even increase the profit and trust of consumers or booker wedding organizers
Financial performance can be described from the work that has been charged to the executor of the task. Financial performance as an illustration of the achievement of the company's success which can be interpreted as the results obtained from various activities carried out. In assessing financial performance, ratio analysis is needed where this ratio analysis can clearly describe the financial condition of a company. Analysis of the financial statements in the form of these ratios, among others, the first is the liquidity ratio, this ratio shows aspects of the company's ability to meet obligations that are due in the short term. CAR, ROA and LDR are aspects that can be used to measure the performance of the company. This research was conducted using a comparative approach, a comparative research approach is a comparative research, which is conducted to compare the similarities and differences of 2 or more properties and facts of the object under study based on a certain framework of thought. The type of data in this study is quantitative data in the form of financial statement figures at Bank BRI and Bank BNI. The technical analysis of the data used in this research is by using comparative analysis, which is a technique using the average test or different tests with unequal treatment. From the results of research that has been carried out to see the financial performance of BRI Bank and BNI Bank, there is no difference in the financial performance of the two banks. By conducting a Differential Test on the value of CAR, ROA and LDR, it can be used as a benchmark to measure the financial performance of the two banks.
