This study aims to examine the influence of locus of control and organizational culture toward employee performancewith organizational commitment as an intervening variable.The use of organizational commitment as a predictor in evaluating employee performances makes this research different from all other research. The source of data from this study was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires with sample size target is 141 employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct relationship between locus of control and organizational culture toward organizational commitment and employee performance.Also, there is an indirect effect between locus of control and organizational culturetoward employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable.
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Keterampilan Kerja, dan Sikap Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Padang.. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden yaitu Karyawan PDAM Kota Padang. Hasil analisis regresi dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2). Keterampilan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3). Sikap Kerja Karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4). Tingkat Pendidikan, Keterampilan Kerja, dan Sikap Kerja secara bersama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi menujukkan nilai sebesar 0,775 hal ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat pendidikan, keterampilan kerja dan sikap kerja memberikan kontribusi dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 77,5% dan sisanya 22,5% dipengaruhi variable lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Pendidikan, Keterampilan Kerja, dan Sikap Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
This research experiment is to know how online media and technology innovation influence consumer’s purchase intention. The sample of this research were the students of UPI “yptk” Padang who followed the @ Indonesia.Jersey Instagram. There were 100 respondents. The result of the research had the positive and significant influence of online media and technology innovation toward the consumer’s purchase intention. This research has contributed to increase sales with online marketing.
Lecturer performance evaluation activities are a routine of a university in improving internal quality in a sustainable manner and improving accreditation status. University of Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang has not implemented the performance monitoring and evaluation of lecturers so far, resulting in impacts and obstacles for institutions in improving accreditation status and the difficulty for institutions in determining policies related to improving the quality of lecturers such as: further study, training and awards. In this study, a lecturer performance appraisal system will be developed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is a decision support model that will describe complex multi-factor problems or multi criteria into a hierarchy. Based on the lecturer performance appraisal system developed, it will be used to build a decision support system to get outstanding lecturers at Putra Indonesia University Yptk Padang by using the analytical hierarchy process method. The research was in the form of developing a decision support system with information on the results of lecturer performance evaluations in implementing the tri dharma of higher education. The final results of the study took the form of appropriate and accurate decision making and were more effective in evaluating the performance of outstanding lecturers.
Roman Indah UKM Padang merupakan pabrik tas yang tergolong Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang berada di Jl. Aur Duri Padang, perusahaan ini memenuhi permintaan pembuatan tas untuk perlengkapan kegiatan seperti; kogres, seminar, wisuda, diklat, dan kontigen. Metode yang digunakan adalah SWOT dan QSPM. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh nilai dari matriks IFE sebesar 3,187981859 sedangkan matriks EFE sebesar 3,141693291. Kemudian hasil yang diperoleh pada matriks IE yaitu menempatkan perusahaan berada pada se I yang disebut strategi tumbuh dan kembangkan. Pada posisi tersebut, perusahaan melakukan strategi penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar, dan pengembangan produk. Kemudian hasil yang diperoleh pada matriks QSPM, alternatif strategi yang paling menarik dan diprioritaskan untuk dilakukan oleh perusahaan yaitu Menerima mahasiswa dan murid SMK magang atau PKL untuk memperoleh tenaga kerja yang terampil, dengan nilai TAS sebesar 0,6802.
