The interaction of a small innovative enterprise with territorial enterprises aimed at their socio-economic and innovative development is examined on a specific example, which is important for the development of the regional economy. The authors determine and examine the major areas of enterprise cooperation, access their state and suggest the development indicators. This paper describes the influence of state support through the Innovation Promotion Fund on the development of small innovative enterprises, as well as other territorial enterprises that receive orders from these organizations. The results of the study demonstrate that territorial enterprises can create a system of close cooperation at the local level, promoting their development on terms of mutual interests. The private sector shows interest in participating in the production of innovative products. The proposed model of building an innovative territorial business can be applied by many small, medium, large enterprises in the field of electronic component base, as well as in other industries to create a successful innovation project. Further improvement of the state policy in relation to small innovative enterprises can accelerate the transformation of these enterprises into independent, in-demand research engineering and technology organizations that ensure the development of existing manufacturers of high-tech products based on contract manufacturing.

The tendencies and prospects for the development of small innovative enterprises and the issues of state support for such organizations on a concrete example are considered.The financial and personnel data on the development of the enterprise are reflected, reflecting on the development of the enterprise. The difficulties encountered by the organization in carrying out R & D to expand the range of products are described. The ways of solution are suggested. The analysis of the programs of the Innovation Support Fund is conducted and the mechanism of participation in these programs is shown. The financial conditions for the transition of small innovative enterprises from state support to self-financing are considered. An approximate sales calculation for this transition has been made. Prospects for the development of small innovative enterprises, taking into account the available forms for state support, and the rationale for the need to adjust their activities are presented. The results obtained during the research allow them to be applied by many small innovative enterprises in the development of the electronic component base, as well as in other industries for building a successful innovative business. The proposed model of building a business with government support removes barriers to the development of small innovative enterprises, which will contribute to the accelerated socio-economic development of the country.

В данной статье приводится схема анализа американского креолизованного текста, что позволяет описать структуру и содержание, а также прагматический потенциал текстов подобного вида. В начале статьи авторы акцентируют внимание на том, что при анализе креолизованных текстов необходимо уделять внимание сложному синтезу элементов их композиции (вербальная и иконическая составляющие). Далее в статье освещается авторская методика, включающая в себя несколько этапов анализа ключевых компонентов креолизованных текстов. Основными методами при описании карикатур выступают расширенный дефиниционный и стилистический анализ языковых единиц, метод установления прецедентности на основе различных информационных источников, а также когнитивное моделирование при помощи когнитивных сцен. Материалом для исследования стали политические карикатуры на основных кандидатов на пост Президента США: бизнесмена-миллиардера Д. Трампа (от Республиканской партии), а также экс-Госсекретаря Х. Клинтон (от Демократической партии). В статье приводится детальный анализ политических карикатур, тематически и концептуально объединенных в такие когнитивные сцены, как «ИНФАНТИЛИЗМ», «ЗООМОРФИЗМЫ», «НАЦИЗМ», «МАНИПУЛЯЦИЯ», «МАХИНАЦИЯ». Новизна методики проявляется в комплексном описании формальных и семантических составляющих мультимодального (креолизованного) текста, а также идентифицирования его потенциальной прагматики. В заключительной части статьи авторы приходят к выводу о возможности применения вышеуказанной методики к другим видам креолизованных текстов (демотиваторы, комиксы, афиши, плакаты, мемы и т. д.).
