PASH syndrome (PS) is an autoinflammatory disorder characterized by acne, hidradenitis suppurativa, and pyoderma gangrenosum, with unclear genetic background. We herein report a case of PS with concomitant testicular seminoma providing a possible correlation between these diseases.
