Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam organisasi, karena kinerja karyawan menentukan kinerja organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Matahari Departement Store Nagoya Hill Batam 198 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin berjumlah 132 responden. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Pengujian data ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan karakteristik individu, lingkungan kerja, iklim organisasi, motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Today's society is in an all-digital condition, but the more sophisticated the renewal and development of the digital revolution will provide positive and negative sides, this is by shopping through online sites it is necessary to be vigilant and must conduct a search for legitimacy before making a purchase action. This research is focused on users of the digital era in industry 4.0, product search, and interest in buying products online. The aim of the research is to analyze the effect of the digital era 4.0, product search on interest in buying products online. The method used is descriptive quantitative with google form. The research informants totaled 26 students of Accounting for Small and Medium Enterprises at the Dharma Bhakti Bangka Community Academy. The results showed that the digital era 4.0 had no positive effect, and was not significant at the error level, product search had a positive and significant effect, another finding that simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.
Organizations have quite serious challenges, namely managing, developing in achieving the end results of employee performance. Creative resources bring renewal, contribution to the interests of modern organizations at work. This study aims to determine the involvement of work discipline, motivation, organizational culture, and leadership style on employee performance. The approach used in research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. 69 respondents as data sources in this study were employees of Galang District, Batam City. The alternative method used to analyze this research is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Each variable is tested for validity, reliability test at the initial stage. Furthermore, the variables of work discipline, motivation, organizational culture, and leadership style will be tested on employee performancewhich is the second stage of testing. Work discipline is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in research, and organizational culture shows positive results and has a significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style shows positive and significant results on performance. Then work discipline has a negative and significant effect. Lastly, other findings about the relationship between work discipline, motivation, organizational culture, and leadership style show positive and significant results on their involvement in employee performance.

Hasil penelitian ini adalah: karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan karakteristik individu, lingkungan kerja, iklim organisasi, motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
