The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand the level of obedience of a Notary in making a Notary deed. This type of research is empirical legal research. Empirical legal research is oriented to primary data (research results in the field). Empirical legal research is an approach carried out by field research by seeing and observing what is happening in the field, and the application of these regulations in practice in society. All data obtained in the study, both primary data and secondary data, were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. After that it is described, by examining the existing problems, describing, describing, and explaining the problems related to this research. The use of this descriptive method is intended to obtain a good, clear picture and can provide as detailed data as possible about the object under study, in this case, to describe how legal certainty and protection is for the community through the making of a Notary deed with legal certainty. Based on these results, a conclusion is drawn which is the answer to the problems formulated in this study and suggestions that aim to provide input for further improvement. The results of this study indicate that in carrying out the duties of office, there are still Notaries who do not carry out the provisions as stipulated in the UUJN, the Notary Code of Ethics, and other laws and regulations. This is because the Notary in carrying out his position is still influenced by internal and external factors, so that due to his disobedience to the procedures and procedures for making the deed results in the degradation of the deed made or produced by the Notary.
Intellectual property rights support the economic development of a country. Indonesia, with its extraordinary natural resources, has not been able to optimize protection of intellectual property rights. Only 65 kinds of geographical indications were recorded registered on the Directorate General of Intellectual Property by hundreds or even thousands of products with Indonesian characteristics. This article uses a type of socio legal research with data sourced from literature review. This article concludes that Mandar coconut oil is one of the Indonesia resources as the biggest producer coconut oil in the world. This oil has some advantages so it is worth to get the legal geographical indications. The steps which can take of community and the government refers to Law No. 20 of 2016 concerning Trademark and Geographical Indications. The writers recommend that the government of West Sulawesi Province, PolewaliMandar Regency and Majene Regency Government provide support towards Mandar coconut oil, so it can get legal protection through geographical indications.
The purpose of this research is to describe a law enforcement model based on local knowledge and formal law in preserving coral reefs in the Spermonde Islands. The method used is a literature review. The data collection technique was carried out using the PRISMA method which resulted in inclusion of 17 journals, then were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The result shows that the damage happened to coral reefs in the Spermonde Islands was caused by human activities related to the use of fishing gear and destructive fishing methods which damaged coral reefs. Local knowledge combined with formal law is an effective solution as an effort to save the damage to coral reefs in the Spermonde Islands. This solution can be realized and has a good impact on the sustainability of coral ecosystems which in line with SDG'S point 14.
