This research examines the government's efforts in tackling unemployment in Binjai City from a sharia economic perspective. The importance of this research stems from the fact that there are still many people who are unemployed, coupled with the presence of covid-19, which makes people who work partly laid off and it is difficult to find work due to the lack of available job vacancies in Binjai City. It is hoped that the efforts of the Binjai City government can overcome unemployment with various programs, capital, coaching, and training. If the problem of overcoming unemployment is not optimal, it will have an impact on increasing the number of poverty and reducing people's welfare.This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach. The data used in this study using purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study were divided into three, namely: key informants, main informants, and supporting informants. In this article, data collection techniques such as interviews and observations were used to generate raw data, which were then processed using interactive model qualitative data analysis techniques to ensure their validity.The results of the study indicate that the efforts made by the government of Binjai City have not been maximized, but are sufficient to reduce the existing unemployment, although not significantly. Some of the abilities gained from the training are in line with the training held and some are not, but they are able to open new businesses. Keywords:government efforts, unemployment
The current economic condition continues to develop, the existence of this leasing company is engaged in financing to help provide capital goods to business owners by way of leasing. There are two financing techniques offered to leasing companies, namely financial leasing and operative leasing. In the form of sharia, this leasing transaction is called ijarah. The principle used by ijarah transactions is based on a contract or agreement. The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting several sources of data related to the topic. The purpose of this study is to review the comparison between the two concept. There are differences in the practice of leasing and ijarah and all provisions on leasing that are prohibited by the syariah concept will be described in this study. Mandailng Natal regency is one of the parisiwata sectors that have the potential to be managed, developed and socialized to the wider community. There are 150 tourist destinations in almost every district. The results of the review found that about 65 percent of tourist attractions in Mandailing Natal Regency have not been managed properly. Attractions that have the potential to attract more visitors if developed with a good strategy. The purpose of the study is to analyze tourism management and development strategies in increasing community income in Mandailing Natal Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collected by conducting interviews and dissemination of quantoners and then the data that has been collected is analyzed using QSPM analysis. The results of the study are, the right strategy applied based on QSPM analysis related to four analyses is to increase the conscious socialization of tourism to the community, improve the quality of tourism
The village is the smallest part of the government structure that exists in the government structure in Indonesia. The village has the authority to plan development to advance and improve the welfare of the community. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of village-owned enterprises in the economy of the Padang Lawas district community in 2017 – 2020, to analyze the economic empowerment of the Padang Lawas district community in 2017 – 2020 in terms of Islamic Economic Perspective. This research method uses a quantitative approach with panels and uses the help of the e-views version 10.0 program. This study used a sample of 128 respondents. The results of the study show that the role of bumdes is very influential in empowering the community's economy, empowering the community's economy in 2017-2020.
<p><em>Covid 19 destroys the joints of life including the economy. To suppress the spread of the COVID-19 virus, several countries have implemented various policies, including Indonesia. Indonesia implements the policy of The Community Activities Restrictions Enforcement (CARE) which also has an impact on the economy. This study aims to determine the impact of The CARE policies on SMEs and the strategies carried out by SMEs during the implementation of The CARE. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Methods of data collection are done by interview, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with SME associations, SMEs actors, and SMEs regulators. The data analysis technique was carried out by data reduction, data display, and concluding. The data validity technique is done by triangulation of sources and member check. Based on the results of the study, it is known the impact of The CARE policy on SMEs in the city of Medan, namely decreased sales, decreased supplies of materials, layoffs, increased online transactions, and increased innovation. And the strategies carried out by SMEs in the city of Medan during the CARE period were digital marketing, the use of e-commerce, product and service diversification, product quality improvement, and customer relationship marketing.</em></p>
