A real-time measurement method for the variation of the acoustic properties of coating materials painted on a metal plate surface was studied experimentally. An experimental system, which detects in-phase difference and quadrature-phase difference, was devised. Surface waves or plate waves were transmitted and received on the aluminum plate with water-based paint using a pair of angle probes, and the amplitude and phase difference of the received wave signal were measured by realtime monitoring. The attenuation and phase shift of the received wave signals were calculated by comparing the acoustic properties with and without the paint. The state change of the paint was successfully monitored in real time from the attenuation and phase shift of the plate wave.
We produced OH radicals by means of injecting 02 and H2 gasses against the Ar-sheet plasma vertically. Density of OH radicals is measured by LIF(laser induced fluorescence) spectroscopy. As a result, the density of OH radicals was obtained about 3.6x109cm 3.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
